I have been looking for someone like Bekk for a long time, and after having her recommended to me by a friend, I could not wait to book in. I was quite nervous when I arrived as I hadn't done anything like this before but as soon as I met her I felt comfortable. Bekk chatted to me about my skin, and gave me the Pumpkin Enzyme/Fruit Acid Peel and I left with such a glow! She also put together a skin care routine for me and my skin has never felt so good! I had a great experience at Pamper Parlour. It was my first time having an eyelash lift/ tint and eyebrow tint. Bekk explained how everything would be done, how to manage the eyelashes and how long they would last.

I was looking for a parlour near me with good reviews. Google listed this parlour on top based on reviews. The name says Pamper Parlour but what happened with me was the total opposite. With my recent experiences, I feel its not always right to trust the reviews blindly. I checked the service I wanted and the price looked good
So I booked an online appointment. The lady has the parlour setup in her house. So I went there 10 minutes before my appointment time which was 5 pm. I found the door closed with the placard saying serving pervious customer please wait outside. So had to wait for about 20 minutes. After the lady finished the customer before I could say anything she said my appointment is at 5.30pm. I said I booked it at 5pm and had been waiting outside in the sun for 20 minutes. She started getting rude with me and made me feel that I am lying. Then she asked me to wait for 10 more minutes so she could serve another customer. So I waited. After she finished, she asked me to come in and said in a rude language that our system doesn't make any mistake and I should have received an email with appointment details. To which I said I didn't receive any email. She made me feel as if I am an illiterate person who doesn't know how to book an online appointment. I said to is this the way you treat your new customers? I have 2 little ones waiting in the car with my husband for 30 mins just because of this confusion. She said she cant see my booking but can favour me by servcing me before her next appointment arrives. So in 20 minutes she did my waxing. After quickly doing it she wanted me to leave asap. Without making sure if the customer is satisfied with the service or not. Really disappointed with her body language and behaviour.
