Koji is great at what he does. I came in with intense pain in my upper back and neck, and walked away with significant improvement (almost all pain gone). The ESR technique he used at the start of the massage was also very helpful in reducing my stress. I will definitely be visiting again soon. Thanks again Koji!

This clinic is immaculately clean with excellent staff who will look after you. Great remedial massage by Kohtaro. Very attentive to how my body react to the massage. He targeted the problematic areas of the body whilst maintaining balance around the body. I have very tight calves and he loosen them whilst working on the rest of body. Highly recommended!

Awesome pain relief massage last Saturday. I have had lower back pain and sciatica and the masseur was very professional and gentle to not irritate the nerve and sore areas yet achieve some pain relief. He mentioned he was new but I could tell he is very experienced from Japan. Thanks to effortless online booking and not forgetting the overall professionalism from the reception to actual massage to post massage hot tea and Japanese savoury biscuit! Booking in for next Saturday… when family shops i can chill!

Today I had my first ever professional massage and decided to gamble my luck on visiting Palms massage first. Not only was I greeted with the warmest and sincere welcome, I had the lucky opportunity to be massaged by Koji who was not only professional but amazing with his techniques, keeping me informed of what he was doing and making me so comfortable throughout the session and giving me tips on how to stretch at home. Will def come here again and recommend to anyone who is after a thorough massage

I have travelled around the world and experienced different massages but couldn't compare anybody today with Koji Hotta.
He is a well-skilled masseur and also has great knowledge of Anatomy. He is a great healer. The First 15 min touching my head doing meditation is an unbelievable experience.

Highly recommend a massage here. Listened to my issues and helped release the knots in my neck and shoulders. Would constantly check if pressure was ok. Gave me exercises to do at home which I have found really helpful. Passionate owner who gives more than 100% to his clients. Tea was lovely at the end!

The staff were very kind and nice, the Megumi gave me a great massage, it was wonderful. We will definitely come back there many times.

I had a great massage session provided by Kazu. He examined my posture and picked up where he should concentrate and released the tension within an hour! (My body is super stiff everywhere always told by masseuse). He also gave me a tip for an easy stretch I can do at home. I will try everyday to avoid the extreme stiffness. I will go back definitely. Highly recommended!

Staff are so polite and friendly. My massager, Kazu is so experienced and I had a great feeling of pain relief just after the first session. It’s remedial and enjoyable as well.
