04/12/23 - Hemi, Thy and Sammy arrived on time for the pre pack. They were very efficient with their work and took good care when packing our belongings.
05/12/23 - Hemi and Thy arrived early and did a great job loading all our belongings into the container without any fuss. They took good care when moving the furniture inside the house to avoid any damages to wall, floors etc. They were faultless and very professional. Such a great service and always smiling. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful transfer thanks to Palmers' Relocations. They were really kind over the several times we had to change the date. We had a good overall experience, and their pricing was reasonable. The ultimate cost was surprisingly less than their first estimate.
Although two items experienced minor damage during the relocation, it's important to highlight that Palmers offered an extra insurance policy that quickly paid us back for those losses, proving their dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Everything went perfectly and was quite impressive. The correspondence remained constant for the entire undertaking. My house was packed up quickly and with such friendliness that it seemed effortless. They put my belongings in storage and, upon my request, returned them a week later. The delivery team did an excellent job of carefully unpacking. Overall, I'm rather happy with the service and can genuinely state that the money was well spent. Bravo to the entire team for a job well done!

Palmer's communication was good and consistent from the first quote in Sydney to the unloading of my belongings at my property in Northern Ireland. In addition, I was able to follow my belongings the entire journey once the container was delivered to the port. It goes without saying that my items arrived on schedule and undamaged. I sincerely appreciate the experience I had during this change. Palmer's is highly recommended, and I would choose them without a second thought.

I shipped 10 carton boxes from melbourne to US, all goods is good, no damaged. The staff give quick response if you have some questions. Their service is excellently. Thanks palmers.

I shipped three suitcases with Palmers relocations at the beginning of July, and am still yet to receive them despite being told it would only take three months maximum to receive my shipment. Whenever I contact them to find out the progress of my items they either ignore my emails or take weeks to reply. At this stage I feel they have lost my items, I would not recommend! My friend used a different provider and shipped later then me and they have their suitcases.

A friend of mine who relocated earlier this year recommended Palmers Relocations. He was really pleased with the quality, so I followed his advice. The founder of the company, whose name I believe was Greg, is also the consultant who came out to inspect the house. He answered all of our questions in a very professional manner and made sure we would be well taken care of. Everything was completed in a single day, and the guys did a good job.swift and simple.

In October moved some furniture, personal items and a car from Sydney to Cork. Very professional moving service! Everything arrived safely without any damage. Will definitely recommend.

My company used Palmers Relocations as there provider for international assignments. I needed to relocate to New York. It was a really nice service, they literally did everything from packing, to dismantling and then set everything back up and unpacked in New York. I was really impressed (hence the review). Moved a few pieces of big furniture from NZ to Sydney, the guys were amazing at both ends, coping with stairs, awkward big heavy pieces and were quick and efficient at packing/unpacking, price was competitive and I was happy that it all arrived with ease. Communication was great throughout as well. Would use again domestic if the price is right.

Recently moved from New Zealand to Australia. Palmers Relocations were handling our delivery here in Sydney. They have been nothing but professionals in all aspects. After our stuff was released from customs, delivery was scheduled promptly and delivered without an issue. And the best part - the delivery team was amazing - very polite, and fun.

Moved from Australia to Zürich, Switzerland for work. Palmers Relocations services were exactly as advertised - seamless and stress-free. I was most worried about our dog as it is
a quite long flight, needed additional vaccination etc but Palmers’ partners Jetpets were amazing help. Such a difference knowing, you are in good hands.

After 12 years in Australia, we decided to go back to England. Our friends moved to Germany last year by Palmers and recommended the service. And now we know why! They make moving overseas so easy! Our container is supposed to arrive within the next couple of weeks but I wanted to leave the review now as they have done an amazing job so far.

It is the WORST possible company to ship your stuff. I can document everything I'm saying!
I am still waiting for my belongings to arrive, which I send from Spain in June 2022.
They do not contact you at all or give you explanations. You have to be way on top of them to get them to help you.you have to make extra payments.
They said a delivery time but it is not true.very bad packing service.
I want to claim this embarrassing situation and they say they don't have a claim form.

After 8 years in Australia, we moved back to Ireland. It wasn’t an easy decision to choose a removalist and some have some fairly poor reviews. We chose Palmers as they have a good reputation in the Irish community and others had used them previously. So happy we did. Service and communication from our move manager was brilliant, it was a great overall.

Jason and Shanice are amazing! They are so helpful and friendly, helping me throughout the process of moving our stuff from Melbourne to Perth. Thank you so much to the staff who helped with the packing up too, they did their job professionally! Highly recommended their interstate removal service.

Earlier this year, I had to move to the US for work. I did some research on international removalists and booked a couple of meetings with consultants hoping it will help me decide. Honestly, I was hesitant about Palmers due to some of the reviews but after meeting with the consultant who happened to be the founder of Palmers, I changed my mind.
And I’m glad I did. Everything was well organised and happened within the estimated time frame. Special thanks to Leesah who kept me informed through the whole process.

Do not recommend for International Moving! Words can not describe how completely incompetent they are.

We moved from Sydney to New Zealand in February. Palmers have completely messed up our move.

We received half of our household effects in May, 13 weeks after they were shipped (Palmers assured us it would be 6-8 weeks in the first instance) only to find out that half of household effects were still sitting in Palmers storage and hadn't even been sent yet! Palmers were very responsive when they realised the mistake and apparently "prioritised"  this shipment. They advised us they were shipped one week after realising this mistake early June and sent us tracking details.  We have been patiently tracking our goods on the boat and waiting for customs clearance. Only now to be advised mid July, that half of our processions are still in Sydney and have not even left Australia yet and they had neglected to tell us. Realistically we are looking at receiving our goods in September 8-9months after they were packed, at this stage I am getting doubtful we will see these items ever again.
