Found this place by chance and what a surprise.
Beautiful Coffee and the best vege wrap I think I have tasted so good we stopped there again on our way home

We come here very often and absolutely love the coffee, service and atmosphere! Lovely owners who really care about their customers and products. One of, if not the best cup of coffee we have ever had the pleasure of drinking.

The Palate & Ply Exspresso was a great morning stop. We enjoyed a delightful lunch with avo on toast and bacon and eggs. The Coffee was to die for, even buying a second cup on our way out. Lovely place, lovely staff, and great setting. Stop here when in Coffs Harbour, no excuse.

What an amazing spot! Palate & Ply is a really cool mix between Cafe & Roastery, with different areas inside and out depending on the purpose of your visit.

The coffee was great, and clearly a highlight of the spot.

The food was of exceptional quality. It was expensive, and the cost wasn't reflected in the aesthetics, but one bite and it became obvious what you'd paid for.

Highchairs were available and there was plenty of on street parking nearby.

Lovely calm and happy retreat just off the main highway with good coffee and cakes and fresh ingredients. My husband had the club sandwich on the strength of another review and it did everything right.
I had the hummingbird cake - I can’t go past a decent sized moist cake with icing. It tasted as good as it looked.
Also there was beautiful live music - first and third Fridays of each month and that was an unexpected bonus.
Staff were friendly and the toilet facility was clean and had paper towels to dry your hands - really hate those air dryers!
I asked for our small flat whites extra hot and they were not, but they were hot and a decent sized cup.
We will definitely stop here again.

It’s a big call and lots of good competition, but this would have to be the best coffee in the town. They roast their own beans and have a good selection of roasts when you order. Friendly, helpful staff with a passion for coffee.

Delicious coffee, smooth, sweet, perfect strength of flavour and just a great damn coffee.

We ordered takeaway on our way through town - the bacon wraps were sensational, fresh and very tasty. Our coffees, fruit loaf and banana bread were very nice. The staff were friendly and professional. Wait times were minimal despite the holidays. We will be back!

This cafe has to be one of the best in Coffs Harbour. Under the pump their staff remain cool, calm and collected. The wait for coffee is well worth it and I can taste why. Best bacon and egg rolls around and their menu is well priced and served with style. Generous serves of bacon, mushrooms and sauce. The meals are never cold and they are super accommodating when you ask for something they might not have. A few grumpy teachers striking last week when I was there did not phase me or my colleagues from out of town. Keep doing what you do. So impressed with customer service at this place!

Been driving all night and found this place. Coffee was amazing and staff were super friendly.

Stopped in on our way traveling south. Great coffee, friendly staff, food was made with fresh ingredients & came out of the kitchen quickly. We ordered the vegetarian wrap that has quinoa, feta, rocket & pumpkin which was really yummy. No photos of our food as we ate it so quickly. They also sell freshly grind coffee which smelt amazing and quite a few customers were ordering.
Would definitely recommend & come back again!
