In my recent experience of purchasing products online I have been very disappointed, but PaintAccess has done a wonderful job in putting paint products online and providing excellent service with great savings. On my first order I saved 12% compared to my local Bunnings. When I ordered the product I allowed 7 days for delivery.
On day six I called to see where the delivery was, Paint Access answered the phone on the first ring, Sophia followed up on my query and my paint was with me in less than an hour. In fact it was ready the day after I ordered and as I wasn't expecting the delivery, and nobody was there to accept the order.

Overall I had an exceptionally good experience and will continue to purchase from PaintAccess.

The only disappointing think was the courier I ordered the item on the 22 Aug and the delivery date was for 24-25 it arrived in Townsville at Approximately 1: 45 pm Thur 25 enough time to fulfil the delivery date.

Not happy with that the courier didn’t deliver it on Fri or Mon either so I put an investigation in, I understand they may be waiting for more packages maybe to save on fuel but I had no feedback at all.

There are no phone numbers or email addresses and you have to lodge your complaint online, all when a quick phone
Call could have just said this is what is happening and I would have been happy.

Far to many businesses are not giving out their contact info these days.

But again we’ll done paint Access I finally received my order on the 30 Aug, and a big thank you. If I find something I need and you have it will order from you.

I initially wrote a poor review after I contacted them - yes I was a little annoyed at the phone service. Manager called me straight back, apologised, explained they were short staffed and the lady was doing the job of three people. He stood up for his staff, and the customer. They turned it around completely for me. I’ve now bought from them, Five Stars. A good company and I happily stand corrected.

I was in the market for a new airless spray gun.
Had been a customer of paint access before and knew they had an extensive range of Graco equipment.
Years ago I needed 10 dropsheets they didn't have in stock. By 6am the next morning they were delivered to my jobsite!
Got in contact with Daniel and immediately he was extremely helpful.

I had my doubts about whether the product did what stated it was apparently capable of.
Within hours he had let me know about the product, whether he had it in stock and had also put me in contact with another painter who talked me through the pros and cons of the unit. (Thanks Shaun)
Afterwards he was even trying to organise an demo for me at his store.

I decided to purchase the day after and by the end of that same day I had the unit in my hands. He drove personally a significantly long distance to deliver it to me.

In a time when I feel most people and businesses aren't in the slightest bit interested in customer service or going above and beyond the minimum Daniel proves me wrong.

The man is a true pro and a gentleman.

I've been slowly restoring a 1960s apartment throughout covid and was frustrated with the numerous trips to big box home improvement shops when my tools were not fit for purpose or inevitably broke.
I sought some much needed advice from local tradies and decided to do it right, the first time.
I bought 15L of professional use paint for 176 and the companionable product in store is 175 for 10L, and lesser quality.

Also I don't have a car so the home delivery was very welcome.

I ordered on a Tuesday and had my supplies at 8 Thursday morning!
I was not expecting delivery that fast as I'm in Melbourne and the company is Sydney based.
I don't normally leave reviews but I was just shook at how crazy good this shop is, do not buy your paint supplies any where else!
