Great customer service, quick & friendly communication via email, website was user friendly.
There was an issue with the items initially and after sending them an email with photos, they sent me replacements with extra items very quickly. They are accountable, friendly and quick to respond to emails - qualities which are hard to find these days. Will be ordering with them again. Also, how cute are these mini jars of Vegemite and Australian honey- they make great (Christmas hampers) gifts for Aussies overseas. Thanks Padstow team!

We have ordered small portion individual packs (apricot, plum n strawberry jam, peanut Butter & marmalade) in memory of our mum who sadly passed away as a donation to the hospitals pallative care wish list, as they requested condiments. So we will be ordering again as they are just what we needed.so a HUGE THANK YOU to you all for forfilling the order so quickly so we can deliver it to the ward.

Padstow Food Service is the best Company we've used and I would like to recommend this Company to anyone who enjoys good products and excellent service.

Made a purchase online via eBay in November for my wedding. The items were to arrive via express post by a certain date. They stuffed up the order and did not send the entire order. I contacted them to say NOT to send out the rest of the order as my wedding is on the weekend and I will source the rest from another supplier.

They said this cannot be done and sent the stock which arrived after the wedding weekend.

I have no use for the items bought in bulk.

I have contacted them via phone and they said to email online. I have made numerous claims to return the products, which I was happy to pay for postage myself. I have been very accommodating from my end. However, they ignore my requests and let the refund window lapse TWICE.

Completely unprofessional.

Great staff, wonderful range of great food all reasonably priced & yummy. Been shopping at Padstow Frozen foods for 30 years, still going strong could not recommend this company any higher. It is one of the best around!

Usually like this place and most of my experiences have been positive but recently they overcharged me and sold me expired meat, this is a one off occasion however I’m not coming back anytime soon

I am a long time customer of Padstow Frozen Foods, having shopped there for over 30 years on a regular basis. I recently noticed that they had no Crab Claws in stock, which I regularly purchase. PFF now have a new brand of Crab Claws and after trying them for myself several days ago, I can highly recommend the new Surimi Beaded Crab Claws. 100% try them for yourself

Only a small business but good variety of frozen food. Been going there for many years good value courteous service.

If you are having a party for 10 or 100 this is the place to visit. Wasn’t quite sure what I needed for my mates 40th birthday, but thanks to Wanda and her staff they had me sorted in no time from the finger food including chicken and seafood to the great desserts and birthday cake. She also organised the balloons. Great job well done.
