Paddys Rest reviews
17 We were travelling through Coffs when my companion suggested we should get a deal of 6 burgers from Mr Jacks, he devoured his 3 but alas, after my second i was the lesser man.
Then the rumblings began! Lucky for me Paddy was more than accommodating of my urgent needs.
Clean, quick, and well stocked for all occasions, i highly recommend Mr Paddy Rest, the hero of the day, i thank you good sir!
Couple of toilets on offer, no soap or sanitiser however and toilet paper is just lumped freely to the side.
Has a grassed area to get your dogs out to stretch their legs etc.
This rest stop is better suited for traffic heading Northbound as when you stop here whilst travelling south you have to cross oncoming traffic to get in and out with getting out being worst due to not seeing traffic coming southbound as clear.

This rest area has at least one covered and one non covered picnic table.
There are toilets available but I did not use them so cannot comment.
The approach ramp is relatively short requiring heavy braking effort and the exit is a left turn directly onto the highway so it is necessary to wait for a long break in the traffic so that you can safely rejoin the highway.
It is unlikely that I will visit again unless the approach and exit are re-developed and made safer.
Toilet was nasty had to roll my pants right up to my thighs to use it. There was pee all over the place. But I loved the chook outside!
An accessible rest stop from both north and south. Shady picnic spot, playground for children to burn a little energy. New toilet facility
Nice spot to stop, has a slope so elderly and wheelchair slightly disadvantaged. Toilets were good and a few tables around to use for eating at.
Nice break area, good clean bathrooms, undercover tables, small playground and tree area with outdoor seating. Easy parking.
Toilets, shaded area, covered tables, small kids play area.rubbish bins. Area is well maintained. Also receives mobile phone service.
Favourite place to sit and relax for a break, ample space and toilets available. Quiet and quick easy exit to close coffee shops and the motorway for going towards Coffs Harbour.
Bins and tables and chairs also available!
Paddy's Rest is a toilet stop only. NOT suitable for big rigs. Limited space for overnight stays.
Great place to revive and rest for the night when your traveling, also this place has a toilet and map. ️
Nice little place to stop just beware when driving past police use quite regularly as a speed trap they usually hide in the bushes
A nice little highway rest stop. Not much there except toilets. A nice place to give the dogs a short walk. Often even some local chickens wandering around
Nice location to stop heading north to Coffs harbour for a pee stop and coffee also has kiddies playground.
The male toilets were so filthy that my husband couldn't go past opening the door. Any other male that we saw arrive had to either walk away or use the disabled or female toilets.
Best pit stop between Taree and Lismore. Usually a hi way patrol hiding in scrub near the exit.
