8Shocking customer service. Filled out details for online quote. Receive an Email back wanting more info. I called number provided and left a message. It took someone 4 days to phone me back. Wish he hadn’t, he was so rude and 100% not interested in helping with my request. Wanting to send a large 1m sq package from wagga to Perth WA and was willing to pay top dollar as item is sentimental. I’m still waiting for “his boss” to phone me back as he put it he doesn’t know what to charge to pack the package for me as well as the currier charge. Found another courier who’s now got the job.
Worked in with my local branch in North Qld to help me get an urgent package from another freight company to SE Qld in amazing time.they went above and beyond to ensure it made the airfreight cut off that night and was a massive part in the package arriving on time. Thank you so much
I wanted to send a birthday gift to my wife in Germany and it got there two days before her birthday and in good time too.very fast. Took a week to get there during this Covid 19 situation. But in good time.
Only thing the delivery people DHL on the other charged my wife for the delivery. So even if I Paid here they still charged there. So. Thats a minus. But all in all good. Faster than all other services for Wagga.

Posted fragile antique frames with glass. Arrived promptly and intact. Dealt with new employee, service was great. Highly recommend.
I left my laptop on a plane that ended up in Albury. Coming across Pack & Send was like hitting the jackpot. The service was quick (2 days minus the weekend) and cost efficient. I spoke with Mark and a different team member and could not be more pleased with the outcome. My laptop arrived wrapped and packed really well and returned in the same condition I last saw it. I can't thank the Wagga Wagga team enough! If I ever leave my laptop on a plane again I know who to call, THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH!
Go to the post office for much better service. I sent one box with Pack and Send and one box with the Australia Post on the following day. The postage from the Australia Post was less than half price from Pack and Send and arrived in the overseas location within 4 working days. I have still not recieved the package sent via Pack and send after two weeks and have now found out that i need to pay double again as some short cut was taken and the package cannot clear customs. It seems that all pack and send did was hand the package to DHL as all tracking documentation comes directly from DHL. I will be sure to never use Pack and Send again.
