Outstanding service! Thank you for returning my parcel which was nearly stolen by scammers. Cannot recommend highly enough.

PACK&SEND AND THEIR ENTIRE TEAM IS A SCAM! I HAD TO DEAL WITH KIRAN DEKONDA, TERESA AND SHARINA REDMAN! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AT ALL ONCE THEY HAVE CHARGED YOU FOR THE HOME DELIVERY WHICH YOU MAY GET ONLY AFTER WEEKS AND WEEKS WITH YOUR OWN EFFORTS, TIME, ENERGY AND EXTRA MONEY SPENT.

Went in multiple times and was blatantly ignored. Even saying “hello excuse me” no one moved from their computers.

They made the job stress free and had some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while!

Livy and Jason are always so friendly and extremely helpful. Delivery was always on time and when something was asked last minute they were very accommodating and tried to solve the issue straight away. Very reliable and I will always use their service.

At $12.50 each These guys are selling boxes almost twice the cost of the next closest PACK & SEND.
Cheaper to buy the from Kings Cross and have them delivered avoid unless you have not other choice

Pack and Send Clarence Street deserve the customer service award of the year. From the moment Jason and I spoke and organised my delivery right up to the collection of the goods everything was carried out and spoken with a smile. Nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend this company if you want a trouble free delivery.

I appreciate their friendly service.

But the price I paid was ridiculously high compare to the ones I used previously. I had to send one page legal document (A4 size) urgently to South Korea last Thursday and they were the nearest on-site service. That's my fault maybe because I did not ask the price but assumed max $50 as I usually pay such amount for a similar services. I was wrong and I was asked to pay $91 when my letter was registered with them.

Also, I want to mention that the delivery takes too long for bucks. They informed me (after I paid) that the delivery would take a week including customs clearance, but I expected a fastest delivery (3~4 business days) at this price.
I don't know if this a week delivery is the new normal due to the COVID situation, but I assume that DHL would deliver business documents in their own courier. I wonder if any faster option wasn't available, or they just wanted to charge a full-fee to a walk-in customer.

The tracking detail shows the document is still in Sydney. It may be delivered by this Friday, but I wouldn't use this service at this price again.

Helped get a testing kit package to US. Outstanding customer service with Jason to ensure it got there. Had a few hiccups with carrier but Jason was able to help get it sorted and got the parcel there. Relieved my concerns and dealt with the all the issues.

I had a fantastic experience using their service, they helped me store my package for over 2 months with a good rate, because I was sending my personal stuff from Sydney to London, through this whole time, Xander guided me about Visa and tax concerns, and answers my calls and emails quickly and patiently. Now I have finally received my package just after several days after I send out my visa documents. I strongly recommend their service!

We needed a courier to pick up a bike and deliver it to us for our sons birthday as we couldn’t leave our LGA. Jason and Zander were AMAZING! I had never used a courier before and I had concerns about the bike being damaged etc! They talked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions with kindness. We had to end up changing the day of pick up/delivery and all it took was a phone call to them and they organised it without any drama! The bike arrived on time and in perfect condition. I am so grateful for all the assistance and in general, the level service provided by Xander and the Sydney City Pack n Send team which made it an easy and pleasant experience for me. My medication was picked up from the Sydney Eye Hospital pharmacy in Elizabeth street, packed with care and sent to my home, arriving the next day in great condition. They handled everything remotely, making it very simple indeed. I can highly recommend this service without any hesitation. Len
