I really don't like leaving poor reviews but I feel that I need to in this case. I purchased an antique clock made from Marble & Slate recently from an auction company in Sydney, it was a $500 purchase plus cost for transport. When the clock arrived it was smashed to pieces due to the way it was handled by Pack & Send. When I reached out for a solution or compensation the only solution I was offered was $150 in credit for me next courier transport, to be frank I don't feel it was a satisfactory response, and quite honestly I wouldn't use a company again that has damaged such a special antique. I cannot find anyone to repair the clock due to the age of the piece and so I am left with a clock that doesn't work and is smashed to pieces.

My antique china was collected from an auction house, packed and sent to me and arrived in perfect condition. Johnny was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. The price was reasonable and I was very impressed with the service.
