Great service I left my brand new expensive laptop in the motel room. Pack and Send Orange had it back to me within 3 days, safe and sound with excellent protective packaging applied and fully insured for the journey.

I could not recommend more highly. We couldn't get back to our hotel and luggage in Canowindra due to flooding on a recent trip to NSW, and Pack & Send Orange not only got our things despite flooding, they packed them up for us and got them sent out, arriving to us in Victoria only a couple of days later. They went the extra mile in communicating with us about what was happening and checking on the process throughout.

I accidentally left my prescription glasses at Orange Airport, and organised for them to be dropped off to Pack Send in Orange for delivery back to me in Sydney. Spoke with Jaya who was extremely courteous, helpful and assured me of delivery as soon as possible.to my delight they arrived the next day safely wrapped and boxed. There are probably cheaper options, but for the speed and efficiency of this service I would highly recommend Pack Send Couriers.

I found Jaya in Orange just the greatest. He has taken all the worries out of my life as he can care for packing freighting and I can paint. Its a shame there isnt an agent in Mudgee so I dont have to drive from Hargraves to Orange.

After having driven 4hours we discovered we had left a bag behind at a friend's house. I called Pack& Send who calmly took all the details of where to collect the bag, had the bag packaged extremely well, and then sent it on to our present address. Wonderful service! Highly recommend them.

Jaya at Pack and Send Orange was excellent to deal with. I had a very fine Antique Royal Doulton tea set and a painting that had to be sent back to Brisbane. The tea set and painting were packed with a lot of care and the parcels arrived safely and on time.

Pack&Send Orange has been super helpful, always answers the phone or email for my many questions. JAYA is friendly and professional. My package was in my hands in under 6 days from China. Yes August 2020. Seems like OS freight is back on track and on time.
