Best service ever. Charlie was very helpful, kind, efficient and professional. He answered all our questions and gave us excellent guidance. The service was very fast. I had four big boxes to be sent to Italy and they arrived at destination in 5 days, less than expected. Everything went smooth and I received constant delivery status notifications and updates. Very good service and easy to deal with. Compared to DHL and FedEx it was half the price and they got the package to Europe in 4 days which is excellent. Auspost had 18 days to this European country. I sent it early Feb 2023.

Exceptional service: speed, quality, value, responsiveness and care. I contacted Charlie when I was unexpectedly unable to get a large awkward item into the back of my car. Charlie and his team picked up the item from the shop within hours and delivered it one hour away the same day. The cost was only marginally more than an Uber to the same destination, Charlie saved the day

I first made contact with Charlie Fang about 3 years ago when I was making enquires for moving freight to NZ. They were all only quotes, however I had enquired with 1 other company previous to Pack & Send but once I spoke with Charlie and how he was willing to help in any way he could, this was the company for me. 3 years later I am back in NZ and now waiting for the delivery of my boxes. They made every thing so easy, the hardest thing for me was actually packing the boxes which they also do, however at the end of the day I am so happy that I decided on this company and staff because they looked after everything and all I can say is THANKYOU ONE AND ALL YOU DID A BRILLIANT JOB
