Left my iPad at security in Sydney. Pack and send uplifted it from airport and delivered to where I was staying in Brisbane. Such an easy company to deal with and delivery spot on, great service thank you.

Absolute rip off, for the price I should have got gold plated wrapping paper and they made a weak wristed excuse that they have to que up at the airport to get lost the property before sending it and that can take hours. The point - it is the only choice lost property at Sydney Airport gives you to send it through Pack and Send, No competition, and likely a cosy arrangement, nod, nod, wink wink - let's que up for a while. Anyhow net result it cost me $178 to send a computer worth less than $100 to Newcastle 200 km away. Even then it wasn't delivered to the address, had to pick up from post office.

Send a parcel to be picked up from there. Parcel received on the 14th. Today is the 22nd. No notification or SMS. Saturday supposed to be open 0930-1230 but just arrived and it’s closed. Person on after hours phone does not understand that I’m picking up the parcel and told me to go to kings cross. Use at your own risk…

Is a HUBBED location, but wouldn't accept a HUBBED drop off. Rude. Unhelpful. If you're going to offer a service, offer all of the service and not just the stuff that makes you money.

What a absolute joke all that they did was send thru Aust post
No idea even between stores where parcel was and charged $340 for overnight night delivery which took 5 days to arrive in there store

Santi and his team couldn’t have been more helpful. We forgot our laptop in a hire car in NSW. They were happy to collect it on our behalf, pack it and send it us in Victoria.

I accidentally left my laptop at the security checkpoint in Sydney. Pack&Send Mascot gave me a quote by email and, after considering it, I gave them the go-ahead on the Friday. They went into action straight away: collecting my item from Lost Property at the airport, boxing it up, and sending it to me in Birmingham, U. K. They kept me informed of where my laptop was throughout its journey which was very reassuring. It arrived on Tuesday - just 4 days after I ordered the delivery! That was even over a weekend - Incredible! I’d say this must be the gold standard of courier services. Thank you!

Sam gave a great service. So highly recommend his service/Pack & Send Mascot. Pity DHL is so expensive ($130 for 1.5kg is not chump change. But was about 10% less expensive with Pack & Send than DHL direct.)
