Outstanding service and delivery beyond expectation. I needed to transport my excess 40kg luggage from Sydney to Adelaide. My first and only experience with Pack and Send has been positive. I had placed my order and started tracking my delivery. My delivery arrived on time, in good condition with no damage and they left it right to door. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service I received.

I had to ship my pc tower and two monitors and peripherals for an interstate move. The alternative was backloading it with a removalist but I was worried my items wouldn't be as carefully packed and transported with them.

Pack and Send got my things to me very quickly and I was so impressed by how carefully everything was packed, from how the monitors had screen protectors applied to them, to how each cable and peripheral was individually bubble wrapped. Their rates were also affordable for the service they provide.

Only thing is, be sure to follow up with them once you've dropped your things off. They didn't send me the tracking number like they said they would, which ended up in me missing the delivery the first time (cus their shipping partner got to my new place faster than I thought). I acknowledge that's a mistake on their part (and I'll be emailing this feedback to them too), but I also booked my shipping right after the holidays so there had been a bit of a backlog. It was frustrating chasing down their shipping partner and coordinating a date for redelivery but Pack and Send did such a great job with packing my items and getting them to me that I think for the price, it's worth just making sure you follow up with them just to see where your package is at if you end up using them. I definitely think this was a better choice over the removalist.

BAD DODGY SERVICE at this site. Multiple times owner filled out our paperwork with numerous spelling mistakes, kept having to correct him which was time consuming he also gave us multiple prices and did not let us know there would be other charges in the countries we were sending too. We don’t mind to pay customs charges but he should let customers know, we spent over $700 only to find out there were more surprise charges that our family had to pay upon delivery. I rang to question this and he said he didn’t know about charges and when I suggested he let customers know about possible charges he hung up on me.
Would suggest trying another pack & send location.

I had to move interstate and Mohammad & Zaman was very helpful, they are very honest and want you to get the best price for you and your goods to be sent anywhere. I would 100% recommend them to you as they follow up and make sure everything is going smoothly and they actually make sure that you receive your items. Customer service is 10/10. Call them and see for yourselves.

Super friendly, helpful and efficient. They picked up and delivered a second hand bike for my son that was not in a box. It was all arranged quickly and delivered with care. I would definitely recommend their services.

I highly recommend Pack and Send Kingsgrove for any one who wants to send documents overseas. I sent the same package with Australia post, they guaranteed me it would reach Macedonia in 7 days. 2 months later the package was still missing. After 3 months the package arrived water damaged and ruined. With Pack and send the parcel arrived in 5 days straight to the recipients home. Helpful staff and great service. Will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic service from Mohammad and his team, I highly recommend Pack & Send Kingsgrove. I was looking to have a large, bulky and heavy item delivered to my door from a shop and rang around 3 other well known companies and had no responses or call. I'll called Pack & Send and spoke to Mohammad in the morning and my item was delivered that afternoon. Mohammad was prompt and responsive and called when he said he would. My job was awkward and difficult and Pack & Send Kingsgrove made it easy.
