Komal and P&S Hornsby did a fabulous job with some finicky contents bought at an auction. They collected the auction lot and showed great care with packing it all up and sending it to me. They were thorough in communication and it arrived FAST. Thank you!

I turned to Pack & Send when Australia Post knocked back my parcel because it was a 116cm length versus 110cm maximum allowed. Beth at Hornsby was incredibly helpful and convivial. What was meant to be a delivery a week later ended up being delivered to a non metrop Victorian address in less than 24 hours! I'd use Pack & Send Hornsby again in a heartbeat!

This is my second time sending gifts to the grandchildren overseas. Very helpful service, fast shipping and pkg delivered intact.

Job was done but please ask about the port destination charges. You think that these are custom clearance and other additional costs but it starts at unloading your stuff adding more than $500… they have all the costs they just show them to you when you are unhappy…

I had to send a $5,000 violin from Sydney to Queensland. Pack and send arranged it and I was able to insure it as well through them. It arrived in 2 days so I was very happy.

I had a great experience with Katreena and Louie. They helped me move my large computer setup and were very patient with all of my questions and considering alternative arrangements and ways of switching things up. The equipment was packaged very professionally and neatly- well beyond anything I could have done myself! It was a pleasure to be served by them.

I recently shipped two musical instruments from NSW to QLD, one of which is very old and fragile. Pack & send did a great job of packing and handling them safely and they arrived in perfect condition. Very prompt delivery considering the distance.

I've used pack and send in the past from other branches and they have been wonderful. That being said this branch has been absolutely terrible, they provide little to no information, getting accurate informative updates is like pulling teeth. The branch manager is incompetent to say the least, not only has this process been riddled with delays, I was even contacted by the third party transport company because pack n send didn't supply the relevant information needed to ship my belongings, all whilst in quarantine myself. The delivery date was not met and when my belongings were finally shipped they sent them to the wrong address. This then caused over a week of more delays. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. Use another.
