Hisham Al-Hilali at the Glendenning Pack & Send is a great guy and went out of his way to help.
A parcel was incorrectly delivered. This was the third party freight carriers mistake.
Hisham Al-Hilali provided great customer service to me and he went out of his way to ensure the lost parcel was returned to the customer.
I contacted Pack & Send Head Office customer support 4 times in 2 days, and they were useless in helping, and could not even find the parcel or provide me updates.
Lucky Hisham Al-Hilali was there to help and solve the issue, Hisham Al-Hilal should run the entire Pack & Send Head Office, because of his great customer service and support.

I dealt with Hisham for a delivery from Sydney to Adelaide. He was fantastic to do business with. Efficient, helpful and well-priced. It was my first time using "Pack and Send", and I needed some guidance (having obtained some Western Red Cedar Shingles from a Building Supplier). Hisham made the whole process very easy. The packages were delivered promptly - i.e. Within 2 business days of my last communication with Hisham. Thank you Hisham for making it easy to do business with you!

You have the best employee in Hisham Alhilali. Right from the phone call he was so helpful. My items were awkward to send but packaged them perfectly. He came to my house to pick up. It was a hard place to deliver in rural WA. I even gave the wrong street number. I realised and rang Hisham and got in touch with the courier and fixed straight away. Nothing is to hard for him even when my brother wanted to add my Christmas present.such a pleasant experience. I recieved them today.in perfect condition.

Had to send a package to Nz and the ladies were soo helpful even with my last minute delivery they were soo patient and willing to help. My 3year old daughter was getting abit fussy and my husband was getting abit annoyed lol and the lady was such and angel.they had chuppa chup candy at the front desk so they lady kindly gave her 2 and she also bought her a spinny chair to sit on.awwww those chairs are my daughters favourite lol this beautiful kind gesture of extra care is what I love about and call great caring service so 5stars for me.the parcel was packed quickly payment was easy.we left with a whole burden off our shoulders and with my little one settle we were able to get the package done smoothly lol.

I had an emergency parcel needed before a meeting, the boss personally drove to the warehouse immediate on short notice and fought traffic to race there before even picking up his son.
