Used the service to send package to UK via DHL. Costly but delivered in few days if not next day service

Really impressed with this business. I rang up to arrange shipping of a guitar I purchased from Cash Converters Campbelltown on Saturday and I spoke with Tony Vella. From the minute I spoke with him I was confident he would get my guitar to me safely and securely. He knew guitars and how to pack them. The guitar arrived today and it was packed so well. It arrived in three business days to another state. The price was awesome for door to door service. Tony even arranged collection from Cash Converters for me. For something I thought was going to be an absolute mission it turned out to be completely hassle free. I would definitely recommend them to pack & send items to you. Thanks again Tony!

I had to send a package to the NT and was very impressed with the professional staff and service.

Very disappointing experience. Sent documents (x5 A4 pages) via Premium service for $60 from Sydney to Melbourne, dropped off Wednesday afternoon but package didn't even start its journey until Friday afternoon with the estimated delivery time being Tuesday.
First and last time using service.
Just send it through aus post and save your money.

Edit: ended up getting there by Wednesday.

Pack and send did a great job packing and sending it to their sub courier who dropped my valuable and heavy package causing severe damage it was obviously dropped and it smashed a corner of a very solid aluminium base it was labeled heavy, do not drop keep upright, I would say it was dropped at least 2 foot hard, what an incompetent courier service they are subcontracting to.they need to reevaluate who they use, I called another pack and send in another state and they said that their couriers were mostly foreign workers who just did not show any care, and that the couriers were all like that and insurance was up to me and absolutely no guarantees from them about it arriving without damage, what a severely incompetent industry if this is their attitude they are forced to take!

If they would answer their phone people might want to do business with them. Been phoning 75 minutes and all i get is a recording. If you are that busy add another line and pay someone to answer it. I am going elsewhere

After having been let down by other removalist's - not answering emails or phone calls and saying that they would turn up and then not showing, to say that I was blown away by this team is an understatement. Right from my first enquiry and through the removal process I was kept informed and treated respectfully. The price was extremely competitive. A big shout out to Gordon McDowell and Kelevi Biu - your professionalism and team work shone through on the day and the move was completed in an careful timely, and orderly fashion with everything being placed in my home undamaged.

I recently arranged, packing and shipping of a PA system from Campbelltown to Victoria. Tony at Pack and Send provided excellent customer service that well exceeded my expectations. I'm tremendously grateful for the obvious care he took in packing the irregular shaped and bulky items, which meant that all items were received undamaged. Also Tony's cost estimate was very accurate which meant no surprises. Great good value professional service that I have no hesitation in recommending.
