Staff were friendly and efficient and always had the safety of my painting as a priority. It was beautifully packaged when it arrived but very easy to unpack.

I purchased an item from interstate and the sender had no means to pack it. Rather than miss out on the item, the seller kindly took it to Pack & Send at Brookvale.
I’ve avoided using Pack & Send in the past as the costs are usually high compared to just using a courier service, but this process was very easy, and most importantly, my item arrived safely packed and quite quickly.

So happy with everyone from Pack and Send. The final price was in line with the quote, Kirin was SO helpful and even checked in to make sure everything arrived safely, and the delivery team at the other end were also great, communicated really well and were super friendly. Highly recommend.

Dishonesty…I had a quote online for $79 dollars to be sending a package so, once I arrived at the place, once we were measuring, I mistakenly measured the height by 10cm so, the (Manager) have told me that the quote was not valid anymore, that I would have to pay $150+gst now.
Obviously, I knew the guy was trying to take advantage of my mistake and was trying to make some extra cash beside. I refused to pay and end up going to a different pack & send location, paying the $79 dollars that was originally quoted.
I had asked the person in the new location if charging almost double was correct, and he said no, that the price should have stayed $79 dollars.
I would not recommend the place while this manager is still there, trying to make extra cash beside and making the business look dodgy and dishonest.
I’m sure as an employer, I would not be happy with such a dishonesty from an employee and making my business to look bad.

Thank you Kiran and team - we received three boxes overnight from NSW to Brisbane at about 11.30am. I was amazed that you could get the cargo to me overnight! Exceptional service from start to finish - the whole process was effortless. I will definitely use Pack & Send again. Tks!

This place is infuriating. I was advised by a seller on eBay of tracking number and advised that item was being sent by pack and send brookvale NSW. Weeks later tracking number still doesn’t work and no item. I contact seller who advised the item is still sitting in pack and send brookvale and the lady from pack and send will be sending via express as an apology over a week ago. I have attempted to call shop numerous times to confirm this is correct information as tracking number still doesn’t work and have left messages to a male staff member who promised a return call and have received no return call. All I want is confirmation from pack and send item exists and was sent in order to lodge a claim with eBay in the relevant timeframe.

Fantastically helpful people! I online-purchased a 4-cylinder engine located in Manly Vale for delivery to Regional Queensland. The team did a wonderful job dealing with the seller, collecting and then packing the engine before forwarding it to me - all this in the middle orf a huge COVID lockdown. Not often I would review a courier business but Pack & Send Brookvale were absolutely wonderful in my recent experience. Satkiran knows the business and gave great advice about packing the table we were shipping. This made the difference.
Turn around time was exceptional, much faster than my previous courier experiences.

Worst experience ever! I’ve booked online in a Tuesday and no one show up to collect the parcel after 2 days. Every day I’ve called to ask if someone was coming and they always said the driver it was on the way. Today is Saturday and no one show up yet. I’m here in front of one of the collect points which is supposed to open at 9am and after 30 minutes still close. Really bad service.

Ive used Pack and Send a couple of times before and found them generally good if a little pricey. On this occasion I used pack and Send to send me a guitar in a gig-bag from Brookvale Sydney to Adelaide.

The delivery took 2 days which is great, and the packing job they did to ensure the guitar didn't get damaged was superb. They didn't stint on the bubble wrap! And the cardboard box was very sturdy. Well Done Pack and Send Brookvale - worth every cent!

I sent a large package to my daughter in Melb, dropping it off to the Brookvale office. They were very helpful and the package got there 2 days earlier than expected. So was very happy with the service.

I have had a mixed experience.i used the service to deliver my goods from Sydney to Melbourne. The communication was good and clear during the booking process though the responses could have been more prompt. There was one guy to pick up goods which was certainly not enough and i had to help, i suggest there should be two guys to load/unload the goods. My goods were handed over to a subcontractor which delivered the shipment in bits and pieces (took roughly 5-7 working days from the date of first box to the last one i received). I would at least expect these to be delivered in a consolidated manner. One complete box went missing and has not yet been located and obviously no compensation given the goods were not under warranty so suggest to include the warranty if booking. Giving three stars as communication by Paul has been good from the booking to trying to locate the box.

I had to get a parcel from Manly, NSW to Port Douglas in 3 days which was cutting things fine already. With COVID - this wasn’t making anything easier.
I contacted Pack & Send in Brookvale and the service received was fantastic. I literally got an email the next day (1 day later) to say that my parcel had been delivered in Port Douglas! Just unbelievable service all round from the team at Brookvale! I highly recommend you and will 100% be returning for future services! So friendly, helpful, efficient, professional and reliable! Just wonderful! THANK YOU!

After 32 years living away from Australia, I felt it was time to send my LP collection to the UK, which is where I live now. Not being sure of the process, I phoned Paul at Pack & Send who gave me the run down of what to do. After buying the boxes and dealing with the packing, I popped in to see Paul who dealt with all of the paper work, etc.

What I thought would be a complex process was in fact a very doable task thanks to the efficiency of Pack & Send, and in particular, Paul. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
