Phil and Bernadine were always helpful in what transpired as a difficult uplift from Thailand.
Always there to advise and offer their long experience and expertise to find a solution to my needs.
It took over a month to finally receive my goods (personal belongings) because of language and dishonest behaviour by a go-between at the other end in Phuket. Phil n Bernadine were always pragmatic, open, honest, and grounded.
A challenging uplift seeing as it was done remotely through a 3rd person O/S before Pack & Send agents got hold of the items.
Items arrived fast once uplifted in Thailand, arrived safely.
The cost of uplift and delivery was very reasonable and far less than other agents offered.
I would not hesitate to recommend Phil and Bernadines freight services; from small items to large freight.

Had a 2RU server shipped from NSW to Brisbane, was very well packed and arrived next day. Would recommend and use again.

I highly rate pack and send Adamstown. They were quick to give me an affordable quote (trust me I had received quotes from various movers n couriers and in comparison they were by far the best and cheapest). They literally came and picked my stuff within an hour of our phone call and all I had to do was show them what needed to be taken and they were off. I was expecting the cargo to arrive within a week since it was interstate but they arrived a day later, to my surprise. NO DAMAGE, Perfectly intact and no hustle! Top tier service

The Pack & Send website states they pick up and deliver large bulky items. I rang and was told they are a courier service, and I should find someone else to do a backload.

Very poor experience.

We have been using Pack and Send for almost a year to ship all our hardware sales. These guys know all the ins and out relating to transport companies and packaging and have saved us from having to create our own despatch department. We have sent just over 50 consignments and have never had an issue. Definitely recommend.

I was in desperate need to get tiles from a company in Queensland back to Newcastle.
Pack and Send said they could do this for me.
They where very reasonable in price.
I am so Impressed with the service that i will use them again and again.
I would recommend this buisness to anyone who needs a delivery from far away, so speek to Bernice she has a terriffic team this woman knows her stuff.
They sorted the transportation out and i was able to go on my holiday, yahoo

I missed a delivery (and still haven't found the card) so found out I had to go to Pack & Send at Adamstown.
I had never been in a Pack & Send office before & had no idea what to expect. When I walked in I said "Hi I'm here to pick up a package. " and was almost immediately interrupted to be asked "Well who is it with Couriers Please, (others) ? I can't look for it unless I know who it was with! "

Later I was told to view the packages out the back because 'there was a lot of deliveries & knowing who it was with would make it easier to find'. Fair enough I guess but it could have been done in a nicer way - perhaps "Hi I'm here to pick up a package" - fairly standard intro from someone unaware of the process (and what I've said when collecting something from Australia Post) could be met with "Sure, I can help with that - who was it delivered with? "

"Sure, I can help. " gives confidence it can be completed and is a positive thing to say. Asking questions after that is reasonable. Expecting the customer to know your methods is not.

I felt this was not a fair or polite way to deal with a customer and led to an unpleasant experience.

Great Service, Bernadine and Phil go out of there way to help with your Packing and Sending requirements, thoroughly recommend.

Pack & Send are the worst movers I've ever experienced as they damaged my goods and did exactly what I told them not to do because it would damage my goods. They said they would not do it and then did it anyway. I asked them not to do one thing and they agreed and then did it anyway. To not be able to follow one simple/basic instruction and cause almost $400 damage due to their ignorance is beyond my ability to understand how they are still in business. They are pathetic.

Bernadette is probably the rudest and least customer centric operator I've ever contacted. Learn how to show some respect. Disgusting. Will never use agai and encourage others to not use either.

We can't find a Saul Ashton in the Pack & Send Adamstown data base and therefore believe his comments may apply to another Pack & Send store.

I was very pleased with the helpful service i received with my awkward shaped parcel and would highly recomend them.

Just sent 2nd parcel and couldn't be happier with staff or service. Can't say the same for the Pack & send store in Glenelg SA, never notified my son box had arrived either time.
