Summary? Disappointing.
Numerous calls and emails to get our product finally delivered and then it arrived damaged - and nothing since we notified them. Sorry but it has been a less than enjoyable experience with you and would not recommend you.

Fantastic customer service from Alex, couldn't have asked for a higher quality metal fabrication.

Great work (custom made whales look amazing!) and great service! Ordered a few items and in the mix of the conversation got the LED colors mixed up, called Alex who said no problems he'll fix it for me. Looks like some of their emails got redirected to spam folder by Gmail so call them if you don't get an email reply!

Initial contact seemed promising with Ryan, however over the course of a month of emails ‘not being received’ by the company, I was forced to go in in person to see what was happening and resolve the issue, as the emails I sent would apparently be looked at ‘when Alex was near a computer again’.

After a month of being messed around and even sent a quote for parts that I didn’t provide files for that had apparently already been cut, discussion with Ryan did eventually lead to the parts being cut with an impressively fast turnaround, however the invoice proved to be almost twice the cost of the quote I received at the start of the project.
