A large variety of furniture, lounges, chairs and dining room tables and chairs. Also a selection of beds and bedroom furniture. Staff were lovely. Friendly and helpful but not pushy. Lovely to look around at all the variety. Found a slim bookshelf with bottom draw and it was on special! Bargain.
Very very helpful lady, over the phone they sorted out a very comfy bed for our holiday home and delivered it. Perfect.
Very helpful and relaxed. Tried every lounge in there and found what I was looking for. Prices are very reasonable. Can't wait for it to be delivered
Beware if you are unhappy and wish to exchange, the owner will not allow you to do so. I bought a recliner that tips over if you lean forward and I was told that the chair is perfectly fine. I have another recliner purchased from Harvey Norman which never tipped forward.
Purchased a set of great value couches. Staff were friendly and only spoke to us when we clearly wanted to ask them something, unlike some other pushy places.
Terrible service. I was in the store for 40 mins and the lady couldn't even get out of her chair and ask if I needed assistance. The old fella that used to work there was so helpful last time that's why I returned. Its a shame because they have lovely products at great prices. I would have spent $3000 easy. So much for buying local.
Worst customer experience. Asked for a replacement for faulty goods and had my number blocked. Very cheap furniture. Better quality at salvos.
The customer service is excellent. Can not fault them. Prices are always good and they will still try and give you a better deal.
