Pacific Coast Property team are fabulous to deal with. I have been renting via their agency for four years now, and they have shown nothing but respect, address anything without drama, and make things easy. Highly recommend them.

Rod was professional in every aspect of our purchase. We found him to be honest and it was no hassles to view the property a number of times and any questions we had he could answer. We would highly recommend Rod to purchase a property in the area.

We stayed in Spinnaker 102 for the 4th year in a row. The apartment has amazing views of Wallis Lakes looking back to the Bridge. The apartment in clean, spacious and very well equipped. Convenient to both the main street and the beach.

The property was lovely and clean and the view was amazing, but unfortunately the last 2 days were spoilt by the jackhammering in the apartment below. It started at 8am and was so loud it vibrated the walls and we were unable to hear each other or the tv. Plus we were unable to use our allocated garage due to workers vehicles blocking it.

Great view, and communication with management prior to check in was good. However, minimal cleanliness and care of the property. Cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom, many globes not working, no spa (as advertised), tired old facilities/kitchenwear.
No response from mangement on replying to their text (for me to rebook), and calling them - the number they provided just rang out.

Avoid these people asked them to refund me, my bond money. Vicki said they would and then they refund the bond to someone else.

Recently I had a great stay along Wallis Lake in Forster.
The letting was managed was by the highly professional and approachable team from Pacific Coast Property Network in Forster.
The unit was spacious, safe, light and airy away from the town centre and major traffic routes. It boasted a well equipped kitchen with clean European appliances-made for easy food prep and cleaning. Security gate on off street car park added another level of security and easy access to the unit. A very comfortable property for someone looking for security and privacy.

Without question, the worst property managers for short term accomodation you will come across. My check in ended up at 7: 10pm. No apology and In fact the opposite, accused us of using the wrong key safe as we were provided the wrong keys. Extremely arrogant staff and no care / responsibility to which was a chain of mgmt errors that spread fear in my family that we may not have a bed to sleep in.

Worst service and they are a rip off, they change the prices unreasonably TWICE for the same booking. I booked the apartment for a certain price when I was there they increased it once and now they want me to pay almost double the amount again.they cancelled my booking with NOT a single phone and emails that is going to spam. (Prove it to me they you have called even one time)
I don't recommend dealing with them in any booking.
Last year I have lost something in the apartment and went to the office my self and they said they will look for it and call you back and NEVER had a single phone call. I have been going to foster for the last 20 years and never had an issue with any other real state office except this office. I have even called them on the 11th of august to fix the issue and the lady from the office said I will sorted out the issue and call you within a day or two which she DIDN'T as usual. I have called them myself today after 19 days of NO one calling me back and they want to steal my deposit after I refused to pay the ridiculous amount they are asking for after increasing the price to almost double.
Worst service ever!

If you need brilliant Property Managers to look after your rental property Clea, Renae and Vicki are the ones to do it. Great service and a fantastic personalities.they the best property managers. They have looked after several of my rental properties now and always get me great tenants, and really look after the properties.
