We have recently completed our build with patiala homes and couldnt be happier with it. The team has worked quite efficiently and the journey of our build has overall been a very smooth one. Despite lockdowns, due to covid, happening twice during our build, they tried to complete the work asap (both times we got the calls from owner himself explaining things and ensuring things would be completed on time)

Pathetic customer service, poor communication skills and literally make the customer beg to fix the defects caused by their poor workmanship.

Don’t get carried away with all 5 star ratings. They threaten the reviewers with legal action, instead of making an effort to improve their service. No wonder why there are so less genuine reviews. Soon there will be a reply on this post threatening with legal action.

We will always be grateful to RP and Harpal for bringing our dreams into reality. They had been patient and responded promptly to all of our queries and requests. In spite of the delays due to COVID situations in early 2020, they managed to complete the build of our double storey home in less than 8 months. The team has always been approachable, and very warm and respectful in their dealings. People visiting our home, always praise the design, build quality, fixtures and the overall appeal. We wish the team all the very best for their endeavours.

We have built our house recently with team Patiala. They recovered most of the delays caused by external factors like covid restrictions etc. During the build phase they advised us with valuable ideas based on their experiance. During a complex build process there were indeed few challenges which were resolved with great efficiency and colloboration. They took things personally to make sure to get a delighted customer in the end. I would strongly recommend their services. They are dependable by any stretch of imagination.

I built with them 6 months ago and very proud to say that we took the right step of building through Patiala Homes. Being our first house in Australia we were just a rookie in the knowledge of building homes. However RP and Harpal made it so smooth that it was an easy journey for us. Will definitely build my next home with them.

Worst builders. I have more than 90 defects in my house including major structural issues. The worst part is their bullying attitude. They have no word called quality or customer service in their dictionary. They pay middle men for referrals leading to signing of building contract. Be wary of these middle men as they are only interested in the commission offered by Patialahomes. All the positive reviews here are put by their family members or business associates.

Anyone recommending PatialaHomes, can you see the quality they offer. Above all, there refusal to rectify showing the customer service they offer.

Sounds corny but it is true – When you deal with Patiala Homes, you are treated like a real family in every single aspect.

I would definitely recommend Patiala Homes if you are looking to build your Dream Home.

They are not even worth 1 star. The home building process is supposed to be an enjoyable experience where you see your dream come true but with Patiala Homes it has been nothing but a nightmare. We built with them in 2019 and still issues not resolved and Harpal and RP have tried to avoid all responsibility even after admitting all defects after seeing them personally. Later they play the shift blame game.it is either the frame guy or the bricklayer or the carpenter or the tiler but not Patiala Homes. Their irresponsible attitude left us with no other option but to take them to NCAT. Poor workmanship at every stage and then they put everything as minor or negligible defect and try to coerce you into submission. Half of the positive reviews below are by people working for Patiala Homes. See the proof attached in the pics of how tiles pattern has been stuffed up, the very beautiful facade, the skirting in garage and the loose grout on brand new tiles left all over the house. House plan variations without our consent and these are just few things (minor as per the builders) out of all the issues with our build.
Note: Anyone here for genuine review please take note of the time line of all the fake positive reviews. Since I put my review on 22/02/2022 there is an influx of positive reviews mainly written by their friends and family. Clearly shows that now they have asked their family and friends and business associates to come and give them 5 star reviews. None of these people writing praises have actually built with Patiala Homes. I wish rather than doing these cheap things if they focused on delivery with quality. To their friends I will say shame on you.

I wish there was an option of zero star. Anyways, I got the house built with Patiala homes which turns out to be the biggest nightmare of my life. They have pathetic customer service, poor workmanship, totally unprofessional bunch of people running the business.

They did very clumsy job in building the house and unashamedly admit that over phone conversations. Thinking past delayed possession (by 6 months), ill mannered treatment, the house was actually handed over with umpteen defects. When asked to fix them, they just give one excuse after another and stopped picking the phone calls after a while. Even after numerous emails, messages, they don't bother to reply to any single one of them, leaving aside fixing the defects.

They don't leave any choice to customers other than going to Fairtrade. I wouldn't be surprise if I am told that there are already cases against them.

People beware of this unexperienced, unethical and greedy builder. Most of their reviews are either from their employees or relatives so don't fall for that.

I come from a family of 4.4 very stubborn people. If it's not perfect, we don't want it. When discussing the architecture designs, going through countless meetings with the architect and many many different ideas, the people at Patiala homes did not hesitate to treat us respectfully and humbly every single time we initiated a meeting. Over 6 re-designs later, they were still on board with our ideas and took every criticism properly. Something many companies are not willing to do these days. Customer Service at Patiala Homes is unbelievable. Now, our stubborn family is happy, really excited and looking forward to our new home.
