I will let you all know very soon.okay people get this first sent wrong rims wrong wheel nuts although rim stud pattern fitted locator did not upon buying the correct wheel nuts fitted the wheels and nuts become loose steering wheel was shaking ended up snapping a stud! Also come with cheap tyres I did not agree to upon purchase wrong tyre wall now get this no refund they say that “it doesn’t work like that “! Well ozzy how does it work in Australia? $2000.00 so all you good people do not under any circumstances have anything to do with these so called ozzy wheels and tyres! Just didn’t get anywhere with the sandman!

They are good. But they have moved. No longer in business in this area. They are looking for a new location as this area in the future will demolished the current shops & may build high rises.

Mohamed and the boys at Ozzy @ Rockdale were and are just the best.

I cannot thank them more for the advice, awesome deal and quality work on the X6M recently.

12 years I have been going to Ozzy and I will be for the next 12, thanks for everything gents.

Honestly have to admit the best in the business. Best customer service and super fast. I told the man in the office (owner) that I was in a hurry and had to get to work as I was running late, he made sure I was attended to ASAP. He called his tyre fitter and literally I have never seen an employee work so fast in my life. The guy literally changed and fit 4 new tyres at an exceptional speed. The owner and his employee were so friendly. Now That’s what I call professional and exceptional customer service. Pricing was also very reasonable too. Highly, highly recommend and definitely will be back. Thank you.

Centre cap missing after tyres replaced, they claim they will replace it although still haven’t after months and never return calls. Very disappointing. TBC

Very poor customer service. It took 2 weeks for me to get a quote from them and then after 3 further calls and emails to say I wanted to go ahead please send me an invoice, they still never came back to me.

In the end I got the same wheels from somewhere else and at a cheaper price. They really mustn't want the business.

Had a flat tyre across the road from Ozzy Tyres and asked if they could help me with a pump just so I could get to the nearest servo. I had told them that I had my kids in the car and the guy didn't even care. Went back to my car and I then asked the guy at the car dealership if I could use his pump and he recommended that I go over to Ozzy Tyres and use their portable pump. When I had mentioned what happened he laughed and said "Yeah that doesn't surprise me about them"

One of the terrible place l have ever been to, wouldn't recommend to anyone as the main person who sits at the counter is so disrespectful and has a attitude, he thinks so up himself, they make you wonder and wait for more then 4 hours and they don't have other rim & tires in stock. Hopeless staff totally rating 0 out of 10.

The new wheels and tyres on my Navara look awesome and it drives perfect! Very happy overall.

Don't go there! Worst place to be, very doggy and dishonest!
If you live locally and need tyres/wheels, go to Tempe Tyre or St George Tyre instead.
Tyers in this place are well overpriced and unreliable! Save your money & go elsewhere!

I don't usually do reviews but i think this deserves ZERO STAR, didn't get a proper welcome at the store til i asked something and went back to his chair and used his phone and askedaa few questions but not keen talking to me. Don't ever go in this shop.

Very bad experience with the staff today, when I just wanted to get my pink slip. The worst customer service ever, overpriced Not recommended at all.
