I have built with the largest project builders, to several architecs with custom builders, and frankly Ozy were marvellous. The build quality is very good, they are responsive and professional. Their communication is better than the people I have paid several times over previously. They are good people, who build good homes.

I used Ozy Homes to build my first home.
Ozy Homes allowed me to make changes on the layout to my desire, and have catered to my requests. I am very satisfied with their service and especially my ability to make certain changes throughout the whole floor plan. The house was built beautifully and has all inclusions.

I found this company and agents to be very professional, considerate and accommodating. I can’t believe the level of bullying directed at this company over a political issue. Land and animal habitat has been cleared to build most houses in this country including existing homes at Manyana. Some vicious comments in reviews here.

Political or not, the reviews here are accurate. The positive reviews seem to only be by people that have close relationships with the company, not customers.
The rest are rightfully angered by the unethical, short-sighted, greedy land clearance that they are attempting to conduct.
If you want to build with a company that is ethical and won't attempt to drain you of every resource you have look elsewhere.
If you don't actually care about anything except for money, they may be right for you.but you're not well, get help.

Ozy homes built my house few years ago and it was an amazing experience, they were professional, thorough and value for money.

You have not reviewed the company for their services like you should be reviewing but you are reviewing your opposition to a project Ozy Homes is undertaking as approved by the government.
If you really want to save the trees, animals, habitat make your offer and buy back the land if they wish to sell, you do realise the homes you are living in and the roads you drive on were once upon a time a Habitat for lots of animals.

Ozyhomes, shame on you. Destroying the last remaining corridor of bushland in Manyana, after devastating fires. Leave that community and their bushland alone. I would NEVER have bought your shoddy, soulless homes before, now I’ll be actively making sure no one I know does either.

Leave the Shoalhaven Bushland alone there is a ground swell of resentment growing against ruthless development, regret will follow

Pushing ahead with building on vital habitat of endangered species - unforgivable. Bottom of the list, Ozy

Pushing ahead with clearing the last unburnt patches in Manyana is completely unethical, they are destroying the place they are trying to profit off.

So saddened that this business is proceeding with the demolition of bushland (what small amount remains!) in Manyana, a community recently devastated by bushfires. This community needs no more loss. This needless destruction will not only hurt native flora and fauna, it is heartbreaking for the local community. This year has been hard enough. It's not too late for Ozy Homes to change their mind, I hope they do the compassionate thing, the right thing.

We have known and used their services for a number of years and very happy with their quality and honesty.

Short sighted, morally bankrupt environmental vandals. Building developments that are socially irresponsible and environmentally hazardous. The next generation will pay the price for these poorly constructed cash grabs.

Clearing land with endangered wildlife inhabiting the area.
Non existent ethics to nature.
I will forgive this company if they build their houses out of sustainable bamboo instead of concrete and construct the lots on old car parks instead of beautiful forests.
