My experience:
Villa board done so badly had to be done again
Wrong tiles on floor then corrected
Water leak to unit below while renovating
Broken electronic key
Rubbish left through whole work site, half a ton
Paint and grout on new floor tiles
Lay out done incorrectly to use new fittings at site, so inferior fittings used
Floor wastes not fitted, inferior ones supplied
Month over run on time
Very poor finish

From end to end this was first class service with very professional finish to the work. The communication from everyone in this team was prompt and we are delighted with the work carried out. Ping and Ping's mate laid our tiles expertly in a no fuss manner. Everything on this job happened when it was meant happen. Jason looked after us very well and helped us from point of sale, delivery and completing the work. We felt comfortable to leave town for few days during this time and returned home to new tiles and very tidy place. Well done everyone,
