Ozia Tours (Snow Tours & Packages fr. Sydney & Newcastle)

We had an awesome day at Perisher on what was the last day of tour for this season.
Trip was very well organized, schedule stops well communicated to us and timing was good. Huge applause to Will, our tour guide and the bus driver.
There were 4 buses and we were on bus#2 which seats unfortunately recline back no more than 2"! So the journey from 11.30pm to 7am to Perisher and back to Sydney were beyond uncomfortable. Some of the buses looked better but customers cannot choose whc bus they ride on.
We embarked on the bus from Haymarket bus stop which has no shelter or public toilets. It was raining that night and we got wet while waiting. The nearest toilets are in the shopping ctr 2 blocks away and the next stop on the trip is abt 1 or 2 hrs away when the bus refuel.
Unless I know the bus is improved to a night coach I will not rejoin or recommend.

Trip was awesome, the guides Eric and Anna are very good at their job, they looked after us well. Overall it was fun, the shuttle was comfy. If you are hiring ski equipment or a tobogan, I recommend bringing a pad lock with steel wires so you can secure it while you are eating on the cafes/restaurant.

Had an amazing experience with Ozia tours. From bookings to communications and the entire journey was well organised. Shout out to Anna for being a great tour guide at the snow tour and bus B driver. Would highly recommend. Can't wait for my next trip with Ozia tours.

Our family had a very memorable and enjoyable moments. Fantastic and reasonable prices. We were in coach 2. Lilian was a cheerful and very hospitable tour guide. Geoff was an amazing driver, best part the smooth ride of the bus. Will book more tours in future with Ozia tours.

Fantastic day trip tour to Thredbo Resort. Well organised, clean and comfortable coach. Anna and the driver were amazing, friendly and helpful on everything we needed. It was a well organized trip and our guide Raphela is warm as well as the bus captains. Can't remember the names as they changed in the middle of the tour but both are really accommodating. The bus is absolutely clean and there's toilet too. I was expecting a recliner seat since its a long 8 hour journey but overall, it was a fun experience and hassle free.

Ozia tours. What can i say great People good service. Like the movies choice during the return. Good weekend money well spent. Lil you are great. Bus no 1 is the best.

Sharon our tour guide was very well knowledged.she kept us updated with all information.she kept a check in every one, she kept a track of the iternary. All the timetable mentioned in the iternary during the booking was followed.

I give ozio tours a five star.will definitely book ozia for my future trips.

After boarding the bus and short time before the first stop at Parramatta the temp got to 29 degrees. I was telling them to turn the heat off the whole time. No able to leave my seat as the vehicle was in motion. At the first stop I got off due to feeling sick. I am disabled and struggled to get home. I asked for a refund and was refused.
Their answer was we require feedback. I was telling them the whole time. So here is my feedback. Avoid these bus tours if you value your health. I was told the thermostat didnt work on the vehicle and it wasn't 29 degrees. Happy to post more pictures and show you the screenshot on my phone. Rude customer service. It's not the customers fault your vehicles aren't maintained or that you made them sick with your lack of service. WHY would someone get off the first chance they get? Avoid

Very best day tour experience at good price, it was my second time joining their day tour and will have no hesitation in joining again next time. I had a really fun day in picking apple & persimmon at Bilpin yesterday!

Great fun for fruit picking, lovely lunch at Hillbilly cider, beautiful secenaries at Botanical Garden and of course professional driver and tour guide. I enjoyed the trip very much, thankyou Ozia. Highly recommend to those who don't like driving.

Was an awesome day, guides were very helpful and buses were safe and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to go snows and not deal with the 5 hour drive

We had an enjoyable trip to Orange for Cherry picking. Our guide, Tash was fabulous, friendly and knowledgeable. The driver, Craig was also great and his driving was superb - our ride was so smooth and comfortable. The tour was well organised and we had a wonderful time! We strongly recommend them!

Attended my first Cherry picking tour with Ozia this month and was particularly impressed with their high standard of customer service and value for money.

They were on time, the luxury Coach made the trip comfortable and so relaxing that I kept falling asleep so did the lady next to me.

I enjoyed the incidental sight seeing at beautiful Echo point Katoomba and going for a "hot" lap in the double decker on Mount Panorama Bathurst.

I especially liked being encouraged to stuff my face with fresh cherries whilst picking them for later.

Overall it was a fun and entertaining experience and I look forward to going on more tours with Ozia as they become available.

Went Cherry Picking at Orange with Tash as our tour guide and Craig as our driver. They were both entertaining, friendly, and overall great guides. The cherry farm was chosen on the day to provide us with improved chances of good cherries. The only issue I had with the tour was that we had quite limited time for various parts of the tour aside from the cherry picking. However, that is just the nature of a tour. I'm still giving it 5 stars as I'm rating my experience as a tour and as a tour, this one was great.

My group (10 members) joined the tour for the Apple and Persimmon picking, it was a great experience, lots of laughter. Thank you to Erik, our guide, who was very helpful and friendly and to our driver who made sure we are all informed what is ahead of us. Thanks for the good and safe driving too.

1st time joining their tour (booked at the last minute) and it's super amazing! From the very accommodating customer support at the time of booking, to the friendly guides during the tour, the people behind Ozia are professionals and are experts at this business so you know and feel that you are in good hands. Their bus is clean and has a lux feel, and we had a very comfortable ride. Great choice of places were included in the apple picking tour. Overall a great choice for a convenient, wonderful trip. We are excited for the next tour with them.
