Brought a a pair of the inner red headlights for my ford ranger on website said they required H7 globes so I went and brought h7 globes for them then went and got them installed by a professional who rang me half way through installing them that the globes don’t fit the headlights so had to go to autobarn and see if they knew what globes would fit it he then had to ring this company to find out what was going on, turns out the company website was telling the wrong information, so what should have only cost me $260 to get the lights installed ended up costing me over $500 dollars to get done because of this mistake. I’m not going to hold it against them as we are all human and mistakes happen but if you buy something form this company triple check that all information they provide it correct. Order 25751

Ozi4x4 is scam of a business. Their products are horrible Quality and will break/rust within in a few months. Then good luck trying to get anything back from the money you just wasted they won’t care at all. Do your self a favour and look else where for what you want.

Terrible experience dealing with this company. The product did not fit the 4x4 it was advertised for. The screws were to small and just fell out and then when I raised this with them they told me to get my own parts to make it fit and they would give me some of the money back to buy the additional parts. I declined and asked for a full refund which they refused. They said they would partially refund me. I tried to resolve it over seven times with them and they still refused to provide a full refund. Then they just refused to reply to me. Unfortunately I have had to lodge a complaint with fair trading. You can see from a lot of other people in the reviews they have a fairly bad reputation recently

The Customer service was okay up until i received my Triton MN safari bull bar and it had rust under the paint brand new and year later its just getting worse. Sent an email back when it arrived to my house and they never responded. Because it was a shipped item to QLD i doubt they cared.

Absolute ridiculous, just a bunch of false advertising. Was told my product would be here within 2-3 business days. Even paid extra for express postage then get a text after I’ve orders saying there’s a 3 week delay from Easter holidays which was 2 months ago. Don’t recommend buying any product from these guys! They’ll tell you one thing then tell you another it’s pathetic from a ‘business’.

Bought an ldv lid was told by one of the sales team that it would be easy to fit paid 1.5k to then find out the instructions are all in Chinese and rang up to see if they have any further fitting instruction and was told no they don't usually use them as they are in Chinese surely if you sell something you should be able to give fitting instructions on your products and was just basically told to take it a someone that knows 4x4 products poor after care I'd avoid at all cost

Brought a rear bar of them hardly any communication while waiting for it to be delivered 3 months down the track the rear bar is all but rubbish as it's literally tearing the metal as it doesn't even meet there advertised specifications of 2 tonne towing capacity emailed them about this situation and dangers of there product and they just ignore you

UPDATE! They send you an email asking you to fill out a complaints form then ignore you again

Absolutely disgraceful customer service with headlights purchased brand new to have an issue with one of the headlights to stop working with no resolution or even trying to assist in any way. I tried for several months post purchase to suggest a compromise but nothing was offered or considered. Iwouldn't buy anything electrical from Ozi4x4 actually I wouldn't engage with them at all again.

Good quality and good workman ship, forgot to install one small item but the boys compensated and fixed it up without any drama. Highly recommend will go back
