Last couple of times I went there for service, which is enforced for their in house warranty, I have been left waiting around for up to 6 hours for my car. They know I live over an hour away and they insist I be there by 8.30am.last time I didn't get my car back until 3pm and they didn't even complete the services I required. Thank god my car is out of warranty by the time my next service is due.

Staff were so lovely and friendly with a sense of humour. Paul was tremendous and fixed me up a sweet deal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for your first car!

Staff was pretty good and had communication, let me drive a couple of cars without being to pushy or inconvenient. Mechanics are also a decent crew and seem to be pretty straight forward.

Arrogant, conceited, wanted to know how much I had in my personal bank account & refused to give me an evaluation on my car as advertised.

The team at North Gosford were very welcoming and went out of their way to get me into a car I liked. Paul helped me previously with a car and has now got me into another car that’s perfect for my needs and my business. Thanks a lot!
