I ordered a IV stand, had notifications it was delayed via post, I called after waiting three weeks to be informed it was not sent or in stock.
They asked if I wanted to upgrade, I declined and requested my money back.
It's been three mths, two calls and a email, no reply no refund.
I do not recommend this company.

Toni and his team are the best! They have everything a groomer needs. For daily stuff I used just to pop in and pick up. Unfortunately I had to leave Australia and my salon is now in Switzerland. Here it's not that easy to get what I need. Needed some new seals for the door of my bath tub, couldn't get it here anywhere. In my need I contacted OZ Grooming World. They gave their best to organize seals which could fit (and they did!) because there is no official spare part, and sent it to me to Europe! They are still my best supplier for grooming I ever had! Thank you so much!

Purchased some shampoo & conditioner for our dog and it was a lot cheaper than anywhere else and delivery was so quick! Arrived the next day with standard delivery (we are in Sydney, which would have helped)

I purchased a grooming table. When it arrived it clearly did not match the description and image on the website (looked white on website, was clearly some horrible cream/white-green colour when it arrived). I was told to return it if I wanted to and they would ship another model for the same price ($729), but I would have to pay the shipping ($400 all up to return it and send a new one out!). Why should I have to pay shipping when it's your mistake? Anyhow, 13 days later I agreed to get the other model but they changed their mind and added $100 to the cost of the new table. So unprofessional.
