Oxygen Property Management

I would love to give this place 0 stars if I could. Anyone looking to use a company to rent your property I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Spent a bit more than a year at a property managed by them and somehow even though I only interacted with them a small number of times it was incredibly difficult and confusing every time.

They have no idea whats going on with respect to the properties they manage. Construction, maintenance, fire checks, they had no idea any of it was happening and no information and defaulted to "its your problem" when things went wrong. Mine had leaks that i reported multiple times and they responded with a "well its not through this window" aka it was a more serious leak from the roof. To which they did nothing.

Jessica wast unresponsive and difficult to deal with at almost every turn. Unless it had to do with me paying for something, in which case she was more than willing to charge me.

When it came time to move out, Jessica decide to not show up to our Inspection meeting with no notice or communication. I have yet to get my bond back, but I'm sure I'm in for a big fight with them even though the apartment is literally in better shape than when I moved in (other than the leak that they've ignored).

The owner/principle (Natalie) is really kind, friendly and focused on client satisfaction.

The staff there are EXTREMELY kind and helpful. Most notable is Jess - She's friendly, attentive to detail and responds to your needs in an effective and timely matter.

I recommend this agency to everyone. Rent out or sell your property with Oxygen - Satisfaction is guaranteed!

Are on email daily when it comes to getting a lease signed. As soon as it's getting repairs or maintenance done its a far different story.weeks to reply and slow to get anything moving. Customer service is a pathetic.

Iggy Damiani was my agent for my 1 bedroom property in Bondi Beach. I looked at a lot of properties and worked with a lot of agents. Iggy was the only one who really cared and went out of his way to help. He took me for 2 out of hours viewings (unheard of in Sydney!) to see the property and then to measure it before I'd made a decision. He was very honest and helped me to make the right decision for me and is extremely trustworthy. He really went above and beyond and I couldn't thank him enough for all of his efforts. He was also extremely professional and secured the property for me in a matter of days. To top that all off, once I'd moved into the property the balcony door jammed and I was stuck outside at 9pm at night. Once again Iggy went out of his way to help me and I know he left a very important personal dinner to travel a a long way, pick up the keys and then get me safely back inside. I really can not think him enough and I would recommend him to anyone to work with.

If you ever want to deal with unprofessional, ill mannered owners of the business who like to use aggression as a form of communication then this is the place for you. Not to mentioned they have no clue on how to manage properties, you never get the same staff due to the high turn over and dismal staff. Make sure you do your research and ask around as this office has the worst reputation, not surprised they haven't been shut down. The owner of the business tends to use bamboo behavior to deal with people don't fall for his salesman spill, talk the talk but can't deliver anything. Don't even bother with the generic reply.

Jeff managed the sale of our property flawlessly and was a pleasure to work with.

We were highly impressed with the level of support he provided, drawing on extensive industry knowledge to guide us through the sales process.

He was always patient, calm and obliging.

In a tough market, we are grateful to have used such an experienced agent with strong negotiation skills. We would happily recommend Jeff to any future seller.

When we signed up with Belle Property to rent out our property we had excellent service. Since then management has changed and service has continued to deteriorate. Very very disappointing.

Aaron Stern was outstanding. Met with us after hours. Discussed our requirements and was helpful in the extreme. I highly recommend Aaron.

I have received extremely bad service from belle property. The problems I had since day one, still remains 10 months into the lease regardless of numerous follow ups.
This would be the last time that me or anyone I know use their services.
