Grant was extremely rude and implied that I was lying about the manner in which a panel was damaged, despite the fact that it still had the taping on the end of the panel making it obvious it had never been used. We paid thousands of dollars on our fencing here and the inference that I was lying to get an $85 replacement was a bit much. Ladies beware! My husband returned a panel off the same August invoice last week (once again without the protective wrapping as you can’t tell a panel is damaged until you unwrap it) and received no inference of lying and a prompt replacement.

Fantastic customer service, was able to advise which products I needed. Amazing pricing and in stock products and a week wait on part of my order (a minimum 4wk wait with another company within minutes and more then double the price).
Would recommend this store to other buyers and will return for any needs in the future.

The service has always been fantastic. It can be hard to find good customer service these days so it is always refreshing to find a company who hasn't forgotten what that is. They make my Job easy, wouldnt go anywhere else.

Avoid there gate motor that come from downee, their IP rating meets Australian standards, but falls well short of expectations, after 2 years our has failed due to moisture penetrating the control board, from being installed outside, what a joke that a gate motor is not able to cope with being installed outside, go figure
Bought one from Bunnings to replace, obviously from the get go its a much better unit, motors is bigger, remote's have a longer range, plus Bunnings doesn't screw their customers when they have a warranty concern!
