Customer service and expert advise is top notch. I will highly recommend this store for your fencing needs. Great service affordable prices.

Need around one month to give quote for balustrade. I sned by email few time, I went to shop face to face, finally when I loosed.my client they send quote.

Very rude service and on top material is of very poorly designed materials they are selling. Does not even clip. Will not refund. Fed up with bad companies around. Will never use this company again.

Got to store with 15 minutes before their close time and doors were already locked. Saw two staff members inside who ignored me and went about their day. Disgraceful

Spent a lot of time going backwards and forwards with Nathan making sure we had exactly the right measurements etc. For the gate, Nathan put together a CAD drawing to make sure what was produced was 100% right. I ended up getting some water damage to the gate as it was sat on its side for 2 weeks with the cling wrapping on. I spoke to the team at Oxworks and they recommended that I use a heat gun on it. I was a bit hesitant but it worked. It was a labour of love but restored the gate to its former glory.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Promised refund on products that never came. They tell you that they can't refund onto your credit card. You must give them your bank details for a refund. You then are left chasing them for money that takes weeks and weeks. We did eventually get our money after so many unreturned phone calls and emails but it was hard work. Don't buy here. What business can't refund onto the card you pay with? Extremely unprofessional.

Extremely disappointing. My online order was changes to small panel when it convert it to components. I ordered 2 gates but in component list, it has only 2 rails not 4. When I go to swap panel, they didn't accept it and I had to buy new pànels. Cost me extra 300. They said you order wrong but then they have no answer why the 2 rails are less in component list whilst o paid for 4. Big glitch is their system but at end customer has to bear it. Time and money waste.

Do not order online from this company, they will take your order and payment even if they don’t have item available, then told to wait 5-10 business days for my refund after cancelling order! Buy elsewhere.

Great people, easy website, and very fair pricing. The pickup was smooth and easy again with great staff assisting.

Oxworks Glendenning use a sub contractor for fencing called Steel Bond Group owned by Tony Francis. If this person contacts you for any fencing works steer clear he will take your money (deposit) & not carry out any works. He blames the supplier, weather, family emergencies until things get heated then uses personal threats. Do not use Steel bond group under any circumstances.

Awesome experience. I ordered the materials for my new aluminium slat screen and flat tubular fence and online purchasing experience was great. One product online was missing the colour I wanted so I commented when I purchased - within 24 hours I had a phone call to add the missing part to my order and the order was ready for collection next day. Collection was easy - team was great helping load the rental ute, and I decided last minute that I wanted an extra part. No problems - all sorted in 10 minutes.

Product quality is great, well packaged and wrapped, prices very competitive and my service from both head office and the Glendenning store was excellent. I will be using their services again.

We just had some slats put up around our pergola. The Bloke who came to measure was great and 3 weeks later he came and installed them. He had two other blokes with him took them no time to finish and what a great job. Looks fantastic.

Tried calling for days trying to get a quote. Left various enquiries online trying to get some one out to have a look. Felt like I was doing them a favour. Don't bother I know after reading reviews below I'll be going else where

Very bad customer service. Bad attitude, no respect for customers. Abusive behaviour by 1 of the employee. Think before you go to glendening store.

Where do I start? The bloke taking all orders in the glendenning store talks so quickly and shouldn't be the first point of contact for the store, had my order stuffed up 3 times, and had 2kms of wrap around it so couldn't check it without having to rip the pack apart. Among other things. Your better off ringing the Newcastle store and organize your order through them and they will transfer it to them. Huge headache and waste of time. Nothing wrong with the product itself though used it plenty of times 10/10.

Product is good but customer service is very poor I call them to pack my order I’m coming from 1 hour drive they didn’t took my order they said come and get it. I went there and gave order I did wait for 1 hour to get my f.g order worse store to visit I recommend gramline Smithfield is the best customers service in Sydney

The products are great. They also do price matching. They are highly organized except that for some reason the guys at the warehouse deliver the wrong material. Driver's a bit hard to deal with. Customer service are always overloaded.

Didn't get anywhere after explaining what I was there to pick to the worker he's working alone, said he's busy can't find anything with the discrption I gave. After 15 minutes or so then I went to let him know in the office il find out what I need to pick up, so thers another person with the worker in the office looking at a grass Hopper on the outside of the window and then the guy inside said I had to order from outside only then could I pick up the materials. Apreently it was Ordered already too.
