Oxford Bathrooms

Walked today 7 November '23, wanting to get a quote and some ideas on a renovation for my 3 bathrooms. The woman on the phone didn't acknowledge my partner and my existence. Nor did the sales guy - admittedly he was servicing another customer. Waited for 10min, and walked out. I took my business across the road given the limited range and the unresponsive sales team.

I would highly recommend Oxford Bathrooms Brookvale. They just completed renovating our ensuite and the service from start to finish was professional and friendly. Great creative design, organisation, communication and project management.

Just a quick note to thank you for your excellent service on organising our bathroom renovation. It was great to deal with a professional company like yourselves. Sue was excellent with all her help and guidance, while Mel was fantastic with design and his professionalism.

The job ran extremely smoothly considering it was quite a challenging Bathroom to renovate. All tradesman were very professional on their approach and work on the job. I would definitely recommend Oxford Bathrooms to my friends.

I am absolutely delighted with my experience with Oxford bathrooms. From start to finish, throughout the covid lockdown and over two stages with four bathrooms to complete everything went without a hitch due mostly to their incredible project manager Mat. My initial dealings with Mel and Sue in the Brookvale showroom went smoothly and they were always very helpful with the design. Stage 1 started mid September and stage 2 finished mid December. Mat kept me informed of the timetable every step of the way and with almost daily contact ensured the tradies worked to his timeframe. The tradies workmanship is superb and they were always polite and considerate. I would also like to thank the young delivery guy who brought all the fittings and took all the rubbish away. Nothing was too much trouble for him. So all in all a great result and I would have no hesitation in recommending Oxford Bathrooms.

After a recommendation from my friend, Oxford completely renovated my small bathroom. I am thrilled with it! Especially loved the fact that every single tradie was lovely and super helpful. I will definitely use again for my en-suite bathroom.

EDIT - Yes, I have just completed my en-suite with Oxford 7 months after ripping out my main bathroom.

Cannot speak highly enough of the project manager Mat. So knowledgeable, extremely responsive and very easy to deal with. I love the fact that he gives you a daily plan of which tradies are coming on what day and time.

Every trades person again that has walked through the door has been wonderful - always on time and very tidy.

From the start Oxford Bathrooms from the showroom to the quoting process they were extremely helpful and their suggestions for our en-suite turned out to be just what we wanted. The project manager was amazing and the tradesmen were neat and tidy and really good, and the time frame we were given 4 - 6 weeks they finished in four. We are so pleased with them that we plan to use them to get our second bathroom renovated

The worst company. Pathetic trades if you called them tradesman. The level of work was childish. Over priced. Avoid at all cost

As the heading says, we are very happy with our new bathrooms from Oxford (especially the wife)! The team at Brookvale were great, from the initial call out, through to the selections process and finally, the installation. The designs they came up with actually improved on what we thought we wanted. There were a few hiccups that arose during the actual construction, but that’s to be expected with any reno project. However their transparent and clear communication meant that these issues were quickly sorted, with minimal downtime. Big thanks to the team – now if you could only stop my wife from spending so much time in the bath!
