Thankyou to the team at Oxford Bathrooms Thornleigh. Darko skilfully came to measure, advise and quote. He walked me through the renovation process and outlined the estimated timeframe. The ladies in the showroom, Liana and Lynette were very helpful and provided the guidance and necessary paperwork for strata approval which involved guttering the old bathroom from the top floor of a unit block. The project managers Ronelle and Dave were very responsive when questions or issues that needed fixing arose. Nothing was a problem. Ronelle during the demolition and construction phases dealt with some complaints from the neighbours and kept me informed. Dave ensured all detailing and special requests were completed promptly and to satisfaction. The contract waterproofer, tiler, and carpenters work were all excellent. Some of the tradies however failed to cleanup following their specified trade job completion, hence unhappy neighbours. Oxford Bathrooms would benefit from having their designated team tradesman to ensure all work is quality and conducted in a professional manner.

Friendly helpful staff. Great range and suggestions for bathroom renovation. Staff trained to help you chose colours and finishes. Really like our new design and various tile, bath, toilet and shower features.

Bathroom renovations are never easy but the results were certainly worth all the upheaval. The project manager was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The contractors too were professional, friendly and did excellent work.
