Fantastic work and the report well detailed of any defects, Owners Inspection booked an inspection the builder wasn’t finished with pre slab the inspector came back 1st thing in the morning to complete the report and advised the concretes what issues needed to be fixed on site which they did.

Had my build inspected for my PCI, and the service provided by Owner Inspections was excellent. Communication from the start when I enquired was great, everything was explained well and the price was very competitive.

I have been very happy with the service I have received with Owners Inspection. Des has been great with communication explaining everything in detail so we fully know what they do for us. I have booked for all stages which I find is better booking in as a whole package. We have just completed Frame stage. Reports are sent through as soon as the inspection is completed. They are thorough in their work. I would definitely recommend their services.

I have taken the full package with them and I have just seen the inspection on base stage. After reading the detailed report, I would say the inspector is an expert on what he does. With the found defects, the builder has rectified them.

Owner inspection has done my pre-slab inspection today. The report was very detailed and clear with photos marked.
The builder inspector done his inspection and approved. But owners inspection team found 11 defects and 4 major defects. Thank you
