Ovolo Woolloomooloo

My partner booked a room during the Easter break. At $500 per night, this hotel is NOT worth it. The service is poor. The breakfast is a farce. Seriously, 3 cheap choices for breakfast when you pay $530 per night is absurd. Anything on the menu interesting, they charge extra. The service at breakfast was terrible. Avoid this hotel

An awesome stay. I originally booked a room and didn't realise it didn't have a view in it and the staff were incredibly awesome and so friendly and accommodating in helping us change rooms. Special mention to Aneta for helping make our stay as amazing as it was and bending over backwards to help us out. By far the customer service there was amazing and would definitely recommend!

Outstanding service, they moved and upgraded us because there was a wedding close to the room. Will absolutely stay with you again.

Cleanliness; when I arrived 11am, the seating area looked clean.

COVID19 protocols; staff not wearing mask, no 1.5m distancing signs in this cafe area?

Service; one person on at the cash register who was busy cleaning register, seemed flustered and lacking in good communication and customer service skills. Verging on rude.or plain overloaded from breakfast service, either way - service is not friendly. A smile and cheerfulness should be in supply, but was lacking on this day.

Coffee; ordered a mocha extra-hot (sadly it was not extra hot) and coffee mediocre, contrasted with other coffee shops in locality.

Price; 5.00 for a coffee, - ok price.menu prices reasonable. Didn't try breakfast on this occasion-unsure if I will In future, due to poor front- of- house customer service.

X-factor; loads of seating, poolxtable, electronic games for the game enthusiast. Added bonus, if your an ovolo guest, WIFI is free.

Great venue and location, below average service from check-in through to breakfast. Breakfast was poor for a $500/per night stay.

We had the best elopement weekend at Ovolo in Woollooomooloo. The food at Alibi is absolutely top notch & the staff at both the front desk and restaurant went above and beyond for us at every opportunity to make our weekend completely seamless. I look forward to staying here again one day and would absolutely recommend this hotel. It's great value for money with all of the complimentary inclusions + massive, very comfortable, aesthetic rooms. You can't go wrong with Ovolo.

Great service, went in with high expectations from my visit in Ovolo Darling Harbour. Wasn't disappointed. Room upgrade for a birthday, really enjoyed our time there.

Great little staycation! The staff are super friendly and accomodating, nothing is too difficult. The happy hour and brekky is a great inclusion! Good location in walking distance to Sydney’s best restaurants.

Lucky for us we were there on Mardi Gras weekend which was SO FUN. Such a great vibe. The hotel was all decorated and a dj playing tunes! We had a great time and will hopefully be back!

Overall our stay was great, this is our second trip to the Hotel, and as with the first time, all the staff were very accommodating and helpful. A few small issues with the room, but overall, a great stay.

The Ovolo Hotel is fantastic. Dog friendly, fine dining vegan restaurant highly recommend the degustation dinner. The staff were welcoming, so helpful and always charming. The views, the wonderful location, the decor, the big comfy bed and pillows, the free mini bar and treats. We felt pampered and had a beautiful wedding anniversary. We look forward returning and high recommend this hotel. Thank you so much you definitely created a wonderful experience for us.

I don't usually go for hotels but this was such an awesome stay! The location is fantastic for nearby bars and restaurants, room was great, the building itself has a great vibe and the service was exceptional. Little quirks of the place add up to a great experience: the hotel's Spotify chanel, the care package and free bar fridge in the room, touches of the building's history
I called in advance to organise some Valentine's flowers and a card and staff were more than happy to help and did they deliver! My partner was a massive fan of the flowers and the hotel.

Service was bad. Nobody to greet at the door or assist with bags.
Again in room service, bad service and staff unwilling to assist.
Charged $20 for a room service fee. I queried it and it was removed

Utterly disappointed with the food and the service in Alibi this evening. The food is bland and the cocktails very unbalanced. Would not recommend.

I stayed there for my partners 30th and it's hand down one of our best hotels we stayed at. The staff were so helpful and friendly from the check in process to checkout. We stayed in the 2 level loft and it was such a vibe. They even had a yoga mat all wrapped up for you to take home! We would definitely stay again in the future.

The hotel is always in pristine condition.

Super funky and retro space with eclectic decor and 80's vibes. The staff were very lovely and so welcoming, especially Molly! My room was upgraded to a loft room upon arrival which was amazing and I was greeted with some quality tunes when entering the room. The only issues I had was that I didn't receive an initial confirmation of my booking email (I had to call to confirm my booking) and my access cards stopped working on the second day I was staying there which was annoying but quickly fixed by the front desk. But other than those minor issues, I had an excellent experience.

The staff were absolutely Brilliant, made A special effort to celebrate my birthday surprise with a cake n bottle of wine waiting for us. The perks were amazing, view spectacular & the loft was spotlessly clean and the bed so comfy, didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back

Awesome hotel, wonderful staff who go to that extra effort, lots of fun and cool spaces within. Overall a perfect weekend.

Enjoyed my stay here! It had a modern artsy feel to it but filled with alot of Sydney's history. Bonus were the 5 star restaurants underneath or good ol Harry's hotdogs less than a 1minute to walk to.

Incredible hotel, loved the amenities, the service and the vegan restaurant!
