Oven Express - South West

Rafael was at our home for about 3.5hrs cleaning our oven and stove top. He was polite and in the end the cost was within the range he had estimated. The wow factor was the quality of clean. We really hadn't expected such a thorough job. We will be repeat customers and spread the word!

These guys cleaned my oven and bbq and made it like new again. Definitely worth every dollar. They were fast and very professional.

We had our upright stove and range hood cleaned by Raphael who was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Raphael experience vehicle problems on the morning of our appointment and contacted us advising that he would be around 30 minutes late. Once he got mobile, he again contacted us advising his ETA which we very much appreciated. Raphael turned our stove and range hood into a brand new stove and range hood again. He did a terrific job and left us feeling that we will book him again in six moths time to repeat the clean so that the job is not so difficult next time. I would say that cleaning a dirty oven would rate as a "deep clean" & Diego from Oven Express did an excellent job in bringing my oven back to as new condition i had been ill & had others doing my cooking & the oven did nt get wiped out after use so was very dirty I have been using Oven express for a number of years now in2 houses containing quality appliances & they have always been prompt & thorough

I had a major overdue clean for my bbq. They did a wonderful job. Very professional and nothing too hard. Arrived on time and took their time to make sure all was perfect. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them again after the next big cook!

After having my oven & bbq cleaned today I realized the cooktop hadn’t been cleaned. On ringing I was told I didn’t ask for the cooktop to be cleaned. The person who booked me in didn’t ask check & previously the entire job has been done automatically. Have used this service several times before and previously they did a good job. Never again!

After reading a number of positive reviews I decided to go with Oven Express to clean a four burner BBQ and hood as part of a close of lease job. Due to unforeseen circumstances the technician was unable to come at the agreed time and the company kindly organised for someone to come over the weekend to complete the job - unfortunately the technician cleaned the BBQ without anyone present. After the end of lease inspection we were asked to go back to the property to clean the BBQ! I had expected for such an expensive job that it would be as the pictures on the website show, but a lot of grease and grime was left behind, on the grates and range hood. I let both the company and technician know but have gotten no reply. It looks like the company has franchises and some function better than others. I would not recommend them unless you are present and directing.

Unlike other people's reviews, our oven and BBQ clean was substandard and disappointing. Sprayed chemicals weren't wiped off completely, oven that was dismantled was put back together with panels upside down, back to front, with screws forced in. Baked on grime left on trays. Oven ceiling wasn't cleaned after spraying chemicals. BBQ clean was also a superficial job. Black grime on black enamel/cast iron were left. None of the knobs or handles were cleaned. Back and underside of the hood, trays and grills were not cleaned as if it wasn't disassembled, or perhaps he was hoping we wouldn't look under/behind to check.

We gave one star for turning up, another star for having a go at cleaning, but otherwise we would not recommend them and suggest you spend your $$$ elsewhere.
