Had a great experience with OA. Our VA, Angela (Nicole) was great for the role. She ramped up quickly to learn what was essentially a niche area of work. She was very communicative, receptive and positive, and has contributed a lot to our Eligibility Research. She gave us a proper one month due notice when she had to leave, and still agreed to stay on a bit longer at a reduced capacity so that we could ramp up another hire.

When a friend recommended OA, I had reservations about working with someone half a world away. But it worked! Their team supports clients through introductions and selection of VA partners and in providing ongoing feedback.
