Wouldn’t recommend. Started off a lovely experience with Irene however I chose this company based on their own in-house delivery team as I didn’t want any damage to our walls. I also paid extra to have their team set the outdoor table up. On delivery, the guys were lovely, but pretty careless. I spoke with them about the dirty scuff marks on the walls which were painted only three days ago, this was pretty awkward and then one of them did the wall with the box again on the way down. What the heck. I called up afterwards and spoke to Neil on the phone who was clearly busy as he was pretty short, so I asked for the best email address and his name before he ended the call in a cheery/patronising way. I tried to do the right thing and give the feedback directly but clearly they’re not bothered! The fact they don’t respond to any of their reviews speaks volume.

Love their showroom. Excellent quality furniture. They went above and beyond to ensure I had my new outdoor setting in time for Christmas! The owner even picked up some of the furniture and delivered it to me. Then he put it together and took away the packaging. Excellent service!

Extremely happy with the service, quality and products at Outdoor Elegance. This isn’t our first purchase as we have had a great experience with the durability of the furniture! Every staff member we have engaged with has gone out of their way to assist us. They also have a fantastic team who deliver the furniture too.

Beautiful and quality made outdoor furniture, also customer service at the Terry Hills location is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Stevie helped us with our purchase. We bought an outdoor bar table and seats beginning of this summer and we use them everyday, unbelievably comfortable!

Cannot fault the service received from the team at Outdoor Elegance. Cannot remember the last time I received such great customer service from purchase through to deliver and after sale service. Well done guys - will definitely buy from you again and recommend you to everyone!

I ordered a 5 peace outdoor setting. Table and 4 chairs. Very quick to confirm my online order. A few days later confirmation that the delivery would be today. Recieved a call last night to confirm the time this morning. Guys who delivered very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my purchase. There was just one slight issue. I replied to the email confirmation about install at an extra cost. Never recieved a reply. As it happens was not that hard to assemble the table, so would have saved some money. That said, I now have to remove all the packaging. I would still use them again.

Update:

After a call from the Manager James, he went out of his way to resolve this in the quickest manner. My new cushions arrived today. Thank you James for caring.

Wont be buying from this place again, thought I was buying a quality outdoor lounge for the price, only for the cushions to go all deformed after two years. When I called to ask about purchasing new cushions I basically got told I brought the lower end of the range and that was to be expected. Sales lady had such a bad attitude and was rude.

Fantastic products. Exceptional customer service. From Stevie who looked after us in store to the delivery guys who put together our furniture and cleaned away all the packaging. A great experience from start to finish.

There was a small defect on the The furniture. The shop delivered a new one to me. The guy Christian from the warehouse is very friendly and helpful. Provide a highly customer service.

Love this place and the furniture is of high quality, I have bought different pieces of furniture for years and they always look new!

Good variety of quality stuff, and good service when it comes to replacing broken parts etc.

… and 4.5 years later I had a fantastic warranty experience with them - sent an email and replacement part was ordered within an hour. Amazing!

They do have elegant solutions. They go the extra mile for personalised customer service. Thank you.

After confirming on the phone that a product was in stock at the Terry Hills store, I drove for 30 minutes to buy it. When I get there I’m greeted with “No we don’t have that - maybe try next week”.
