Bought some extra panel in in case I’m short so I talk to them I will bring the extra ones and they said that is fine but %20 restocking fee will apply so I agreed when I return the rails they said we don’t want it
So rude

From the front counter to the factory these guys are faultless
Could not have assisted me more, don’t waste your time and money with any one else

I’m very impressed with our town fencing Wallsend
I had some issues with my pool gate and fencing and Adam was a great help and adviced me the best way to fix it.
I had my order delivered and another Adam showed me how to put the fence extension together.
I would highly recommend Our Town Fencing to any one it was a very pleasant experience and would definitely use them again.

Adam on the front counter was really helpful great knowledge of the products, prices and colour range. Efficient on the computer and got a great quote in under 5 minutes.

Staff was friendly and informative listened to what I wanted then advice was given as to best way to proceed.

Great service and price. I told the guys what my project was and they sorted out everything I needed for it. Adam who was out the back was friendly and very knowledgeable. He even wrapped my products so they wouldn’t get scratched. I didn’t expect such great customer service at 4pm on a Friday afternoon.

Went to Our Town Fencing on Lake road after not being able to find any other fencing businesses with all the products on hand that we needed - Adam on the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly - his customer service was much better then what we have had at other businesses and would recommend them for anyone needing fencing materials etc pricing was very competitive as well

Front desk was great however waited about 30 minutes out the back for someone to give my pick slip too. One guy was buzzing around on a forklift not serving anyone leaving one bloke serving a build up of people. Poorly managed and an absolute joke!

Good spot to eat Raj's corner on your way back from Glendale, honestly never been in there but the carpark overlooking the road is just prime real estate

I was impressed by the polite & immediate follow up to my request for information, by email, within the hour. My requests for several quotes were no trouble at all, which I really appreciated. We were then able to make an informed decision about the products that would suit us best. Our Town Fencing have also put us in touch with an installer, who also responded immediately! We couldn't be happier with the service we've received here

Sent information to this place for 2 side fences with very specific needs. 2 weeks later, I have a random fencing contractor ring me asking for the details of what I need, they knew nothing about the email. The quote from them was quoting nothing that I had requested. Will be finding and using another fencing company. Stay clear.

They do have a lot of product in stock, though depending on the colour choice or quantity, you may have to wait a few days on the order to be delivered.

Well worth the visit if you're updating or building a new fence.
