If I could give this place zero stars I would. I really wish I read the reviews before o booked my 20 week ultrasound. The male sonographer had no people skills. He was huffing and puffing throughout my ultrasound, as if he wasn't bothered. He then proceeded to laugh when he told me my child may have 'clubfeet' after I expressed how nervous I was to view the baby's feet. Absolutely disgusting! I paid $340 and feel so ripped off. I will be getting a second opinion, as he didn't seem competent as other places. Go somewhere else and don't waste your money.
My experience at this radiology clinic has been amazing. I would like to thank the staff for making my visits here so positive.
1 star is too much for this place it’s a shame to have this type of people works there in our state, very slow and rude and more slower to sent a report back to the doctors, disappointed with there attitude, will not recommend this place to anyone.
Does not even deserve a 1star. Deserves none at all. The services provided from the staff is absolutely disgusting, no sense of customer service, does not send reports when they should, and upon request they take a awfully long time to send them through, creating such a inconvenience.
There should not be places open with staffing like this. My advice, you need to hire new staff. This is one of our locals, and you continue to have bad reviews and nothing is done about it to improve your services.

Ultrasound report not conclusive and the result was due to patient did not cooperate. Ridiculous. Even after telling them the results were urgent, there was nothing in the result. The ultrasound technician was non friendly. The doctor is frustrated too with the centre and mentioned they have done this couple of times before. Not recommending to anyone.
Not sure what was that i was completely shocked as i have dating scan to be done we went inside the room and it took anly 1 and half min for the scan.and the lady say here your baby take picture and after that you done literally it just 1 and half min and cost $150 very disappointed we just want to more information about the baby but very unsatisfy with the service i dont recommended the place.
Slow to return calls slower on email queries.the ultrasound technician was short to the point of rudeness. They also left my personal private information forms unattended at the front desk. Very disappointing, I would not recommend.
Female blonde sonographer and receptionist Julie so lovely and helpful for my ultrasound. Made me feel comfortable. Very clean practice.
