The worst customer service, I went to ask for a basin, the guys looked at me, show me one, I asked how to connected, he didn’t help at all, then he went to other side and he left me alone.

Absolutely bad customer service. Never expect warranty support. They offered one year warranty but when I contacted them just after 2 months with the non working product they didn’t even listen. Just said no warranty. Never recommend this shop to anyone.

We purchased a bathtub and had to return it because it couldn’t be connected in our bathroom. When my daughter went to return it the manager was extremely rude and started yelling. She asked if we could be charged a 10% restocking fee instead of 20% and while a civilised conversation would have been sufficient the manager thought this justified his rudeness. I wonder if he would have spoken to a Tradie in that tone? Definitely won’t be coming back.

Great selection of bathroomware, quality is ok, not top shelf, but not the cheapest. Prices are reasonable also. Can be waiting for service a little longer than normal. Besides that it's fine.

I purchased a vanity and it turned out to be too big for my bathroom so I wanted to exchange for a smaller one. The vanity was never used or installed and they refused the exchange. They wanted me to buy another smaller vanity.

I would give zero stars if I could.products are all faulty and cheap quality. And if there is a problem they dont want to know about it. STAY AWAY!

Extensive range of bathroom, kitchen and tap ware.prices are very competitive and I found the staff very helpful with selection and advise. A long way from the central coast but worth the trip!

Well priced. Simple range. We're not talking Reece here! Bought an HW900 wall hung vanity. Silly design as bottom draw has a u-shape for waste pipe but doesn't need it. Hope the whole thing doesn't fall apart in a few months! Soft close drawers are a little stiff

Went into showroom and no one was there. Average collection down stairs and not worth me climbing the stairs. I have limited ability to do stairs and this showroom was Not worth the effort.

This shop has some nice bathroom supplies, not the best quality but more than enough for the average person at a very affordable price

The other negative reviews completely summarise my experience here, unfortunately I hadn’t seen them prior to visiting for a hose that wasn’t of correct length. When comparing it to the display model it was shorter, and when Tony decided to intervene, even when laying them side by side, where there was an evident 5cm difference in length, he said they are the same thing but looked different. Not sure how to argue with someone who can’t accept facts in front of their eyes.

I’ve been buying from OStar for over 7 years. As a renovator, I need a look for a price & OSTAR International offer this. Tony & the team are total service oriented. The variety of products is full to complete bathrooms & kitchens!
Does more than give the other retailers a run for the money; OStar smokes them!

I was given a price over the phone by Jenny, when I got there to pick up the product Tony (floor boy) refused to honour the sale, telling me that Jenny didn't know what she was talking about.that was crazy.terrible service.anyway, for my luck I drove down the road and end up getting a much better deal from Renovation D, I end up getting a better unit and cheaper, with a very good customer service!

Waste of time, no concept of what customer service is, they start dealing with you and leave to answer the phone for 15 minutes and then deal with someone else. Also they do not honour the price they give you over the phone KEEP AWAY

Do not purchase the FD123K Sink it is advertised as 1230 mm x 740 mm it is actually 1225 mm x 465 mm, quite a difference when you have precut your benchtop. Oh and don't think you can take it back either, particularly if you have removed it from it's packaging.
They don't follow consumer law, in fact I was ask who writes this law when I replied the "Australian government" I was told to "take it back to the Australian government then" When is someone going to close these shonks down?

The products are all reasonably priced. Customer support was spectacular. The quality of the products exceeded my expectations for the price I paid for.

Avoid this business at all costs. Cheap, nasty products that will prove faulty within months of purchase. Then try getting any sort of response from this company. Good Luck!

Deal with this business and you will be DISAPPOINTED, and left financially worse off.
