Stuart and Sharon were amazing. Helping me and going out of their way to correct a poor script from another optometrist chain and providing me exactly what I needed. Great customer service.

I always have a great experience this optometrist. The staff were helpful and friendly, and Sharon was very nice and thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood my prescription. I would definitely recommend this optometrist to others.

Yesterday was my third visit to Castle Tower Oscar Wylee. Same as before, Sharon was extremely helpful and patient in checking up my eyes and in prescribing my glass prescription.

Stuart was evenly helpful in doing the pre-checks for me and in advising spectacle frame choices available to me.

Sharon, the optometrist was thorough, patient and caring for the customers. She ran the field test again after the first test results yielded some points missing from my wife's left eye, in order to confirm whether the result was due to tiredness of the eye. She allowed my wife to pause the test when she felt needed, this was the first time we experience this show of care.

I have my eye test for fitness to drive assessment at Castle Tower Oscar Wyler, Optometrist Sharon patiently guide me through all the tests，and explained all my queries, she is very professional and friendly, the eye test took almost an hour and was a very pleasant experience.

The optometric was very thorough in her examination and made the process very simple. She was able to answer all my concerns and find out the issues I was having.

Went in to get an eye test as my existing glasses were not as good any more. The optometrist (Sharon) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Following the routine eye checks, Sharon tested multiple combinations of lenses until my vision was perfect. Stuart the store manager was also very helpful and efficient.

I came to get an eye test as one of my friends pointed out I might need glasses! She recommended me to oscar wylee and I had never been there before so was excited to see how they operate. Turns out I did need glasses after all! Was very warmly welcomed and all staff were so friendly. All females when I went there and they were all the most lovely people on the planet with excellent recommendations for glasses and sunglasses. Will definitely be coming back for all my glasses needs in the future.

This having been my first optometrist eye health check-up I have ever done in my life, I found the professionalism and care of Vivian and Renae to be of a very high standard, making the entire process easy and informative.

Sharon and Stuart went way above the standard level of customer service, they picked up on something that was unusual about my current glasses and took several extra steps than the ordinary eye test to ensure that my prescription was accurate and that my glasses would be correctly made to fit the position of my eyes. I won't be going anywhere else for any future eye tests and related purchases.

I’ve been to other stores (Winston Hills/Macquarie Park) for a specific product and the staff there was unfortunately not as helpful/knowledgeable.
