I went there for a headlight bulb replacement and mr.oscar said it ll take more than an hour to replace.he said to leave the car and that he couldn't tell me how much will it cost.

I went to supercheap autos, got the new bulb for $35, had it installed for $10 in under 10 mins.

They did a great job when my car showed an error in the catalytic converter. Rather than just change the part they tracked down the cause of the fault to a grounding point on an O2 sensor and saved me hundreds on the repair. I would thoroughly recommend these guys

Michael took care of me and my Nissan, amazing service from him and team and turk, would recommend for all service needs and including big jobs such as gearbox replacements

I had my check engine light on in my Toyota Aurion so I took the car to Oscars. He had a look and said the power steering hose was leaking and needs replacing, at the time I could see oil leaking from three places but he confirmed that its all coming from same spot. He replaced the hose and advised that the check engine light will stay on because I have been using E10 and engine will need cleaning. Since I had to drive to Melbourne I left it to be done at later stage as he confirmed that there is no issue with car and I can drive. Half way through the drive I noticed that I had oil leaking on the ground and car was not running smoothly, I took the car again to a local mechanic (came with personal recommendation) he diagnosed that power steering hose was leaking again and it was about to burst as it was an after market one. He also identified two other leaks from transmission and drive shaft as I saw at Oscars. It is a nightmare with 3-4 weeks wait on genuine hose. I will be also paying a hefty money to get all this sorted too. Never again to Oscar! ! !

Oscar is one of those dying breeds of honest mechanics. He won't over-service your car or charge you for anything unnecessary. I take all my out of warranty cars to him.

Needed my car air con re gassed ahead of a hot day. Was done within a few hours. They also used dye in the gas so any leaks could be traced. Reasonable prices and very friendly!

The best place you could take your car Or bike to get serviced. The most friendly guy you could ever find and the best mechanic with very good knowledge of both bike and car

What can I say about Oscars Auto Services other than I have never met in all of my thirty years in business a more honest and trustworthy mechanic and more importantly a man such as Oscar! Oscar and his son Michael are the most loveliest people you could meet and I’ve been blessed to have been introduced to them both a couple of months ago. Since then I will not trust any of my cars with any other mechanic.
Oscar is a very knowledgeable mechanic and is very well respected. He takes pride in his work and his prices are very reasonable! Oscar has old school morals and cares more about doing the right thing instead of how much money he charge like most other mechanics I’ve come into contact over the years. Honesty, reliability, exceptional workmanship is what you get when Oscar is your mechanic!
Don’t take my word for it! If you need one of the best mechanics who is a true Gentleman you need to go to Oscars Auto Services. I’m not saying the man is perfect but he will give you his best at all times with a smile and 100% honesty. What more can one ask for!
