Osana Narrabeen

Quite possibly the worst medical centre I’ve been to. It was maybe a 3 star then went into a 1 star towards the end; untrained staff, doctors that tell you to just “get over” your diagnosed anxiety and majority of the people there aren’t too friendly (Not the people who were there prior like Carly and Lauren were great) and most appointments were a waste of time.

Can't recommend this practice highly enough. Everyone is really friendly and go out of their way to make your visit as relaxed as possible. We had our Covid vaccinations there and it was professionally and efficiently taken care of. I didn't know I'd had the jab until the nurse put a plaster on my arm! Would recommend Osana wholeheartedly.

Osana provides a fabulous service and has done a great job at keeping me healthy. The staff are wonderful, especially Nicole my health assistant who is always willing to help.

No walk in treatment. I was told it's a private membership arrangement upon arriving there.

We joined Osana 3 years ago and are very happy we did! We appreciate the extra time taken by the whole team to ensure our health is taken care of. The clinic is very inviting and the team are all very friendly. Reminders are sent for appointments and regular health checks so we feel in good hands. We highly recommend Osana to anyone considering a change in their health provider.

Osana Health Care offers a proactive health care. They offer a holistic approach to family health and your personal health. The services offered such as health coaching, nutrition coaching, and fitness coaching. Thanks to Krystal O'neil part of the team who helped me to become more active and healthy this year and shed approx 10kg of covid lockdown weight.

The team is very welcoming and go out of their way to help. It is a breath of fresh air after being a patient of a regular GP practice for many years. I feel valued as a member and enjoy the concept of keeping me well rather than just treating me if I'm sick. The membership offers very good value, particularly for a family.

From the ease of booking to the professional and capable staff, we had a great experience with Osana. Thank you. We booked for COVID vaccinations and there was no waiting or wasting of time. We were welcomed in a personal and friendly way but also with great efficiency. I highly recommend this practice.

Can't recommend this practice highly enough. I love their model - ie preventative health measures rather than just concentrating on treatment. Osana has transformed our experience with Drs. Just so happy with every aspect of this practice. Everyone is beyond friendly and the surgery itself looks like something out of a designer magazine. It's a pleasure to go there. If you hate going to the Dr (or love it) change to Osana, you won't be disappointed
