I came to Australia with braces and was unable to go back home to continue treatment, therefore, I chose OrthoBoutique to finish it. I was surprised how friendly and accommodating they were. Starting with the reception and Mike always meeting you with a smile, always happy to help and answer questions. Whenever I had issues with braces he would book me in as soon as possible, never had to wait for longer than a few days for any type of issue. Dr. T would always meet me with a smile as well, he felt professional, gave me adequate deadlines and clear information on how we are going to proceed with every visit. Very happy with the outcome and finally smiling with my braces off with a perfect smile.
This place should be an example how good communication and professionalism can make you feel like you want to visit these guys even after your braces are off!

Brilliant experience with this orthodontist. I had orthodontic treatment back in the UK and upon arrival to Australia I had a couple of issues with my removable and fixed retainer. They helped me very quickly and with no hassle, and I immediately felt that I was in good hands. Really accommodating, super friendly orthodontists and staff on the front desk!

I have been doing ceramic braces for four months. Dr. Tee and practice Manager Mike are very friendly. They also help to reschedule if there is some urgency. The new venue is great, neat and tidy, spacious and also nearby from Central station.

Always wait, usually late, over 30 minutes or more and Dr T always on rush when treatment, they just care about make money fast and won't care anything about customer's after you paid the plan, I wouldn't recommend this place at all, better go somewhere else more professional and care
