Stay away from Oro, most importantly away from Sophia! Unprofessional, erratic and completely untrustworthy! Clearly does not value the business or clients needs and when we expressed our dissatisfaction, she become very aggressive. Her behaviour and work ethics are unacceptable, an abomination to the industry.

We were very much looking forward to meeting Sophia to discuss our plans.

However, we were very disappointed with the lack of professionalism that was shown.
Our initial appointment was cancelled at the last minute due to an emergency. Fair enough. But our second appointment resulted in a complete no-show. We called the office to enquire and were told that they would immediately find out what was happening. A day later and we are still waiting for a response.
Needless to say, we won't be going any further.

We really enjoyed the design phase and process that helped us make sure we got what we needed in the end. The team was more than willing to go over things to ensure is was exactly what we had in mind! Love the end design, thank you!

I wrote this comment to draw public attention to this company. DO NOT FRIGHTEN ME! I did not receive a design which was satisfied my business requirements. Sophia do not response to my emails, do not pick up my phone, do not tell me why she cannot refund, do not make appointment with me to talk about how to deal with this issue. She called police to let me out of her office when I dropped in with my little baby who is only one year old. She asked a legal assistant to send me a notice to frighten me to delete this comment. If it is untrue, please call me or email me your evidence or show your responsibility to talk to me to solve the problem. Please faces the problems and losses you have caused! You should apologize to me formally at once!

If you are a novice, you should be careful with this company, which will do many unexpected things！！！！！！

If the work is not good enough, it can be improved and negotiated. If a company is irresponsibible or dishonest, there is nothing I can do to improve. Just make complaints and ask for help from the society and government. It is a very irresponsible design company. They have many methods to ask you to pay money for various service (some of them you actually do not need), but they won't take any responsibility or help you when you get in troubles. I have paid off all the design fee (remember don't do this) and paid service fee of CDC as they required, but they did not finish their work and gave me a design which does not fulfill my requirements of the budget and of the business. I sent the essential requirement of the budget at the beginning before we signed the contract and ORO said yes we would make the design to suit your budget. It is a restaurant. ORO even did not consider the mechanical exhaust. ORO did not ask me to do the mechanical design at all. It does not only beyond my burget to a large extend, but also ignore the important documents relating to mechanical exhaust system. Sophia said she did not want to make changes of the design before I found a builder who can finish the fit out within my budget in according to this design. It was very irresponsible to say these words. When you paid off, they would show another face to you, the real one. I have to change to another shop because of the mechanical system issue and they ask me to pay extra fees for the change and took no responsibility for these errors. Now, I have made a professional design which is suit to my budget and my business, but the design fee is more than a half cheaper than ORO’. Don't pay more than $10,000 to a beautiful picture. Sophia did not answer my email and phone when I claimed the refund of the design. She even asked police to let me out when I dropped in her office with my one year old baby! I never thought she could do such a bad thing. It was very rude and unacceptable to any customer. She earned money from me and made a lot of errors of her work, reject to refund, did not response the complaints, asked police to let me out and asked lawyer to give me notice to delete this comment. These what she had done to me!

The team at Oro design is professional and talented. They really paid attention to my requirements and the end result for my shop was exactly what I have envisioned. Thanks Sophia and the team for the great work.

A very unprofessional company. The first drawing did not consider the location of the fire door, and the second drawing did not consider the location of the ventilation pipe, resulting in a large amount of time and money. I don't know how the praise on the Internet came from? ！

Highly recommended! I have been working with ORO for last 4years with more than a few of my kiosk stores. Whole team and Sophia is reliable to work with.they are always make it on time to deliver the design, drawings and paperworks. Especially they are really helpful to solve any unexpected issues during construction period or at the paperwork stage.quite flexible to work with and much quicker than any other design companies!

I had very bad experiences with this company. NOT professional at all. As they even did not consider the refurbishment with other trades. Just make a beautiful picture. The design cant come true in our shop. We are so disappointed with them. Never Never Never ask them to do a job again.
