Shopping at OMF West Gosford was such a wonderful and positive experience. We were listened to in regards to what we would like in a mattress and were shown multiple options that were all within a great, affordable price range. The best part was that we were given the time and space to test the options, whilst also knowing that help was right there. Our mattress was delivered in 3 days and we couldn't have asked for an easier experience in finding the perfect mattress. Kimberley and everyone working there were friendly, caring and professional. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding experience thanks to Kimberly, the clerk present at the time. She helped us find the perfect mattress and frame for my partner and I. She was very well informed and helped us find what was perfect for us.

Great to see Kate again after 8 years and meet Amy at West Gosford OMF.these two women are part of a seamless team that 'knows their stuff'... Wouldn't buy a bed anywhere else.from seeking advice at 3.30pm the mattress was on the slat bed base by 5pm that day!

Amy was a huge help today. Explained everything perfectly, including the features and benefits of different types of mattress's.

Friendly staff helped me choose the right beds pillows and mattress protectors etc had them all delivered and set up in my house with no hassle

Amy helped us pick our mattress. Sure knew the products really well and catered that knowledge to what we needed. She gave us time to try the mattress and discuss what we thought. She made the decision a lot easier.

I have shopped here 3 times now, and each time, although assisted by different staff members, each time has been beyond my expectations. I had to make a large purchase last visit (greater than 5K) and I went to every bedding shop on the Central Coast, before heading to OMF. There was no hesitation in making a buying decision. They are the best on the Coast.

Not only was she warm and receptive to our enquiry but her product knowledge was exceptional and her pleasant presentation made us feel very much at home! Bought my Urban Plush mattress from Kate and Linda at OMF West Gosford. Both girls were a fantastic help in choosing mattress.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with sales assistant Sharlene at OMF West Gosford. She was incredibly patient with my endless questions and happy to allow me to test out as many mattresses as I wanted. My partner has a degenerative spine disease and our old mattress decided to depart, one spring at a time. I'd heard of the design your own bed with gel, charcoal and latex so we popped in. Staff couldn't have been better and we ended up with a bed that soothes his back and makes me reconsider marrying the mattress over him. Well done. PS we also bought his service dog a mattress ahe he loves it too.
