My husband and I went into the Crossroads shop to window shop for a new bed frame and mattress today- 8/10/23. We were greeted by an amazing lady - Virginia. She was very patient, helpful and attentive to our needs. We did not plan to buy anything today but because of her excellent customer service, we left the shop buying a king-size bed frame and mattress worth over $2400.

Excellent service and product
I looked at a bed and mattress for our spare room online and then rang the Casula store with a few questions,
I spoke to Heather and she was great.
Her product knowledge was excellent, she asked questions to understand how often and who would be using (ie children / adults) and then explained the various mattress options etc.
She didn’t try and sell the most expensive product just the one that best suited my needs.
Delivery was quick and the driver turned up on time and was very helpful.

I had bought my queen mattress from here 10 years ago and I still love it to this day, so when I needed to buy a new one for my kids this is where I went. I was greeted by Donna who was excellent with her care and customer service. She was very knowledgeable and I ended up purchasing. I Was expecting for it to be delivered but she told me they box them up now and it fit in the back of my Mazda 3! So convenient! Highly recommend buying from omf.

Terrible after sales service. Great prices & product. We were pleased with the service until it came time to exchange our mattress under the satisfaction guarantee. Very dismissive & made it very difficult to exchange our mattress. Wish we bought our mattress from another OMF store.
